I know we don’t want to rush him back, but it’s roll the dice time now. If he is fit, he has to play.

Think we've rolled the dice twice already and lost. Just give him the last half hour against Motherwell, rest him against Dundee and back in the starting line up against the diets.

It’s roll the dice to try and win the league now though.

I personally would have CCV as captain. He organises and leads by example on the field better than CalMac(who I like) anyway and it would lift the burden from McGregor so he could concentrate on regaining his best form.

Aye being stripped of the captaincy would do wonders for his frame of mind

He's a good CB but isnt the leader you think he is. CalMac is the only real Captain in the squad, other than Hart. CCV by comparison isn't the sort to get in players faces and lead the team on.

Not really seen him do that at all. He certainly plays his part in the team but it's more a quiet, steady contribution than anything I'd associate with being captain.

I feel like maybe the first time was too early, not the rest though

Motherwell away on their nice pitch and Dundee at home shouldn't be the most difficult games. Away to the diets next week is the one we really need him for.

If we were still a few points clear and playing * I'd be of a mind to be careful and ease him back in, but we are in desperate need of his presence at the back so we simply must take the risk.

Exactly, I’d roll the dice on an extra week if there’s any chance playing Sunday will be a risk to his fitness.

because rolling the dice on his fitness, feels like the same thing as gambling the rest of the season. 10-15 games partnership with Scales at the back is something we’re desperate for.

And he raises the level so much, all through the team. Full team feels safe with him there, it takes a lot of indecision out if those infront of him

If the huns win today, which I expect they will, if we drop points tomorrow the league is done. If tomorrow we were at home to Motherwell I’d maybe agree with you. Away from home, nah. If he is fit, he needs to play.

I’m feeling the opposite with where I’m confident just now, Parkhead we’ve been awful, and more impressive away from home.

must be the most points dropped at Parkhead in a long time.

I think rushing him back repeatedly has cost us points, lots of them. I'd be hesitant to do it again.

I did mate, still feel the same. It’s * tragic.

by more impressive away than at home, I don’t mean good. I might be wrong here and its just how many times we’ve struggled at home seems more unusual than doing equally as bad away from it.

Dont know if iv ever been as happy or relieved to see a player return. His presence alone is massive to this side who are lacking in characters and leaders.
