The only signing from the summer that I can’t get my head around is Nawrocki. I fully understand why the likes of Kwon, Yang, Lagerbielke & Tilio have barely featured. Because they aren’t good enough. Phillips was an emergency loan and we were desperate at that point. Palma has played regularly, Bernardo looks bang average and was clearly brought in to appease the fans late in the window. Holm doesn’t look ready at all. Done ok in a few cameos off the bench, but has looked miles off it when he has started. Nawrocki though has looked ok in my opinion, and I cannot fathom out why Welsh is ahead of him.

I'm mostly with Murphy on this. I'm not defending Rodgers anymore. I think his record before the break was defensible given the players but not the way we have been playing since then. However, anyone who thinks the last two windows were anything other than disasters simply because Rodgers is * up has lost the plot IMHO.

I think the first one was unbelievably bad in the very literal sense that I was genuinely struggling for months after to believe it really happened. Even today, I still look at our position on the day Ange left and the window that followed and think to myself, "But why? It doesn't make sense."

January was less shocking as by that time we could all see which way this was going to go; but it wasn't half depressing to be right.

Yes, in addition, Rodgers is * up. Certainly since we came back from the break anyway. But it doesn't change any of the above. If nothing else, the same people that brought us Rodgers also brought us those windows. No matter what happens to Rodgers, there have to be big changes higher up.

Bingo. We all seen at the end of last season what happened to our level of performance when others got game time. We fell off a cliff. Some of these players were then starting games this season, and there were others who were even further out the picture starting as well. Now, either Rodgers simply refused to play the players signed in the summer out of spite, putting his reputation at risk, or these players just simply weren’t good enough. Im going to take a wild guess and say it’s probably the latter.

Bayern just sacked Tuchel cause they know there's no chance of him turning it around.

    Edit: fair, thought he walked

... They're keeping him on until the end of the season though.

Leaving in the summer tho, not sure we would achieve anything by following that thinking..

    We're 2pts behind Bayern 8..

Be as well as sticking with Rodgers, he may turn it around, unlikely but not impossible.. and our board would just put JK in as caretaker..

Aw, your so adorable. Now try to stay away from sharp objects, naked flames and sources of electricity. If you do come across any of these remember, they don't go in your mouth.

Also, if you have to cross the road make sure there's a grown up with you, and hold their hand tightly.

Seen very little to suggest he will. Its been clear for weeks his system hasnt been working but his answer is to play two up top when its our whole build up thats killing us.

We have far more quality than Rangers as our two head to head wins have shown and we still have far more than the teams we have dropped points against.

Our recruitment hasnt been great but Rodgers loses credibility in pointing towards lack of quality when we still have the strongest squad in the league.

I don't think we do, mate. Both games were close. The first could easily have gone either way and the second could easily have ended in a draw. They have strengthened since then.

Calling our recruitment "not great" is like describing Jimmy Johnstone as "not tall".

I saw that and thought it was the dumbest thing ever. Basically let all the players know that he's not going to be there next season but leave him "in charge" (scare quotes very much intended).

I'm assuming that they must have conceded the league internally to be doing that; but we definitely should not be conceding the league yet.

Unable the answer the question on McGregor basically calling out our recruitment, so resort to schoolboy stuff. You gave the benefit of the doubt to our summer recruitment, have since backtracked on that despite it being in black and white strangely enough, and have had the brass neck to talk about infantile posts when this one I’m replying to resembles the ramblings of a school kid. Ironic eh.

I said months ago we needed another striker and creative midfielder. Too many people got worked up on a goalkeeper and a left back when it was clear we were neither creating enough chances or taking them when we did.

We all expected this to be addressed in January. We also needed a left back in case anything happened to Taylor as Bernabei wasn't good enough.

We then paid over the odds for another headless chicken wide man and a 3rd choice striker from the Championship.

Every passing pre game interview, game and post game interview that passes, the more he sounds and looks like a total clown.

Clearly there are behind the scenes issues, major ones. But what goes on, on the park is on him.

Utilising 4-3-3 still, when we don't have any wingers good enough or effective enough 7 months in to the season is crazy. That's 2 players down already. This kills Kyogos effectiveness, so 3 players down up top already.

We've run Cal and O'Riley dry, that they look knackered after an hour. So much expected of them, with zero break. Unfortunate with Hatates injuries, but his usage of Holm is baffling. Clearly has something to offer and should be integrated, but isn't making matchday squads currently.

Defensively our back 4 is now performing how you'd expect back up players to perform over a long period of time. Unfortunate wi CCVs injuries again, but to overlook Rocky, not include Gus in after wanting to sell him but refuse to sanction a move is again terrible management.

We have CBs (Scales and Welsh) who don't win many headers, passing it between them, not looking to penetrate the lines. If they're not doing that, they just run wi the ball, squeezing 21 players in to about 20 yards of space. All static. Your the manager, put a stop to it ffs!!!

The most expensive summer signing Rocky, is good in the air, moves the ball quickly and wide, unsurprisingly lacks confidence and looks unsure as he's been used sparingly.

His subs against the huns almost cost the game. Certainly did last weekend. Game was crying out for Iwata.

We look paggered after an hour, why?? We play one game a week, what the * do they do at Lennoxtown.

4 of next 7 games are away. Motherwell, Hearts, Huns and Livi. Half of them are on the Sunday after the huns have played.

He hasn't learned, he hasn't adapted and doesn't know his best 11 after this time. Any more dropped points and its done for the league and the knives will certainly be out for Brendan.

Absolutely crucial weekend for the club amd for Rodgers.

Mate we built an 8 point lead and blew it against the rest of the spl. They were close but we had the quality of Kyogo and O’Riley which they didnt have. They have added but I still dont think they have a stronger team than what we do. How many of their players would start for us? Not many, if any at all.

None of our players are playing to close to their ability at the moment and thats a bigger issue for us than Rangers or our recruitment.
