And that is the great tragedy of Celtic Football Club - the Huns could do a treble this season and the same people will be in the same jobs at the start of next season...

Pretty simple mate, the team with the better players should be able to beat Kilmarnock at least once in three attempts.

Not every time, just once would be great.

If we lose the league we got to show these * on the board we not accepting this * show from them with properly 85 to 95 million profit sitting in the bank .
Got to do everything to make it uncomfortable for them from running a gauntlet on match days to get to the ground and blocking their cars from getting into the car park and just show that * heads need to roll if we gift the zombies £60 million.

Or he could go with Ralston Lager Rocky and Scales. But he won't.

He's a one plan Dan, when he's got players that fit that plan it all goes well, but he has shown no flexability to adapt his style to suit the hand he's been dealt.

He also seems to take a dislike to players. Why is Lager even here if he's not being played?
Is he realy going to be the answer if Rodgers has to call on him due to injuries. He should at least be getting some sub appearances to retain/regain match fitness.

He then nearly got them relegated.

He's now enduring a worse record than Beale did before his sacking.

It's not been an overnight thing.

Underwhelming is somewhat of an understatement.

This notion that the window might not have been that bad because it’s Rodgers in charge of the players, which @rudebhoy67 is getting at, would maybe hold some weight, had it not been for the fact that McGregor has also come out and called for more quality in the team. He said this months after the summer window had closed. So he had been playing and training with the summer signings for a while. It’s completely unheard of for our club captain to publicly be asking for better quality in the team. Or is McGregor also a bullshitter who is just trying to protect himself with that? McGregor will have seen first hand the absolutely massive drop off in quality throughout this team in a very short space of time. So by all means, criticise Rodgers for the way we are playing, because it’s indefensible at the minute, but don’t try and muddy the waters about how * the summer and January windows have been, when our club captain has also openly criticised it in his own way.

This weekend will be telling and if he does not overhaul it then he never will.

We may limp through this weekend and some more but I don't see how we win the league.

The board take a big slice of the blame however Rodgers is pouring fuel on the fire with his headstrong insistance on poor tactics and formation and inability to get us to function as a coherant unit.

    Games a bogey imho.

The worry is if Rodgers walks or gets sacked we will bring in an absolute wet blanket who will simply be a beard for Lawwell to rub the club as he sees Fit, which he is effectively doing at the moment.

We need a couple of things to happen. One is Dermott Desmond to stick his head up from the golf bunker and clarify where he stands and we need Rodgers to tell us what guarantees he was given, and being failed upon, by the board.

If this doesn't happen I fear this season is already done and the next couple of seasons will be a disaster.

Ideally we want Lawwell and his cronyism and nepotism the * away from our club and footballing men in charge.

“Heres a thought. Maybe the summer window wasn't as bad as we think it was.”

That was your initial line in this thread. That’s offering a defence of the summer recruitment. Then when I simply replied “It was” you got triggered and started rambling. McGregor saying publicly we need better quality says it all. You don’t need to make up scenarios as to why it’s down to Rodgers the signings are pish, just listen to the club captain and what he is telling us.

    That is horrific reading.

The huns are exactly the same as last year and we've fallen off a cliff.

25 goals fewer than this stage last year. That's an obscene amount! That would turn those dropped points into an extra or two or three points!

    Absolutely terribly ran.

Exactly what we all felt to be true, written in cold facts... We've been the architects of our own problems. We all see that ttd Huns are still *. I'd say the rest of the league is actually SLIGHTLY worse than last year, but not by gulfs... We've absolutely stuck it in cruise control and put the seat back for a sleep, and driven the thing straight off the road!

We have beat them once in the last 3 attempts to be fair. We absolutely pummelled them in fact. Johnston, CCV and Hatate were the three changes from the team that started on Saturday.

:56:oh my * *! You are actually a complete moron. Do you literally not understand the sentence you've just retyped.

I'm also guessing that was the only line of that post you read. Honestly, absolutely hysterical:56:

I actualy think the summer window wasn't the disaster that some people see it as. It was far from great, but I think most of the players could have been better managed.

Tilio was a mistake, given his injury we should have done a "Turnbull" and delayed the signing.

Philips -given his background- was * but in an emergency we had to chance it.

Palma seems to have regressed. Yang doesn't seem to have any consistency.

Lager and Rocky should have been managed better. Yes I would have preffered it if we'd used the combined fees for one better player, but they are still two players who would walk into any other SPL team.

Bernardo apart from a small purple patch has been ordinary and his biggest contribution might be hindering the development of Kwon Iwata and Holm.

Kwon is showing that he can perform in our league and Holm has always looked good when I've seen him.

So there we have it not a great window, but plenty to work with.

Rodgers however seems have said to himself "* it let's muddle through to Jan and I'll get some decent players in"

The Jan window was nothing short of a * disgrace, but Rodgers still has to show he can get something out of the resources he's been given.

Resources that are meagre in terms of what we wanted, and in terms of what the club can afford, but none the less resources that are far more than ANY other SPL manager has.

I’m not the one defending summer recruitment in a way, then claiming I’ve not. Are you simple? Anything on McGregor basically calling out the summer recruitment?

    Stan Petrov though eh.

We've had 5 draws, so just one fifth of those goals would have been 10 points. And we probably could have got them with just 2 or 3 good passes to Kyogo in each game.

Fair enough, but one in four is still pretty poor given our squad, even if some first team players have been missing some of the time.
