Yeah we all know it can be over the top. At the same time only non-football people get overly upset when there's a wee bit of it.

It's a bit like in Ice Hockey with the fighting.

    We're on the road again
They will be in dire straits if they don't win the league this year. But to preserve the "old firm" the * Lawwell would be happy to see them do it.

Rodgers should be saying "* you Peter, you might have shafted me in the transfer market, but we're going to do it anyway"

But I'm not seeing that. I'm not seeing anything to suggest that he's going to make the best of what he has. Rodgers can serve the board, or serve the fans.

Most of us who are placed in a situation where we can do what's right or do what our boss wants, would have to choose the latter.

Rodgers isn't in the position. He can do what is right, and if the * sacks him, he'll leave as a league winning manager and so should find it easy enough to get another job. Or if not he should be secure enough financialy to never need to work again.

Rodgers needs to tell the * Lawwell to * off, or he just needs to * off.

Effectively we are playing the same way as he did at Leicester, with McGregor obviously in Ndidis position as the single “pivot”.
The issue against Killie was that Vassel was marking Mcgregor tightly when he was coming short and the other two killie wide players were pressuring high up, creating a vacant space in the middle of the park which nobody seemed to be coming short into to pick up the ball.
Palma and Maeda are so high and wide which im convinced they have been told to do to try and create spaces in the final third for O’riley and Kyogo to run off Idah. But we get the ball to the wingers too slowly.
For me the main issue it wasnt working was that our defence plus Mcgregor are too far apart and that the way we use our wingers continues to suffocate any space in behind the opponents defence to run into. im not claiming to be a football expert but i dont understand why Rodgers doesnt make subtle adjustments which i think would make a huge difference.

Think Kyogo would have been the obvious candidate but he isn’t exactly well versed at playing a 10 never mind and 8.(bolded your text)

Agree with the wingers. Under the press we needed them to come short.

O’riley should be our 10 as he is our most creative outlet. Drop the midfielder next to him further back the pitch maybe even next to McGregor to offer another pass out of defence and extra cover from the counter

His analysis in that video with Carragher showed he was in total understanding of his team, tactics and individual strengths. I guess you could say it’s easy when your team is playing well, easy to talk through why it’s working. He came across fully engaged and proud.

I’d be really keen to hear his analysis of how we’re performing, will never happen but a critical analysis of what he’s trying to do. Explaining what is working and what isn’t and importantly, why.

I shudder to think he’s going through the motions with us and not applying the same focus as he clearly did with Leicester at that point. It looks like it’s a manager issue, less a player issue.

I guess we’ll never find out but a warts and all analysis from BR on some of recent performances would be an interesting watch for sure.

    Here the whole time
OK, I'm going to explain why you're coming across as incredibly stupid here and maybe you'll stop.

I put out what was essentially "an appeal to ignorance" i.e., a theory that can't be proven or disproven at the relative point in time because the factors that make up the theory can't, won't or haven't transpired. What separated what I said from being an actual appeal to ignorance was I never once tried to dress it up as fact.

You have argued blindly, for two days now, against what is basically a hypothetical question using nothing other than your opinion which you are attempting to pass off as actual fact.

It's like claiming you know for certain what would win in a fight between a Griffin and a unicorn. Its ridiculous, stop already

The ironic thing is that his reputation within the Celtic support would still be at a fairly high level if he just left now and admitted it hasn't worked out. If we got a replacement in and won the league, Rodgers would be highly respected for noticing the decline and taking action for the good for the club.

Instead he's heading down the Neil Lennon path of arrogant ignorance.

Maybe I haven’t followed Rodgers career closely enough outwith his time at Celtic but I really did not realise he was capable of this level of shiteness. It’s absolutely sickening to have to witness us slowly falling apart and handing the Huns the Title and the £60 million that goes with it.
