Needs to be back in the team. A blind man can see we need a proper holding midfielder and Iwata has done well with the limited game time he has had.

Is he not fit yet, or is it just another Rodgers * up?

Would be a guaranteed starter at Fir Park for me, as long as he’s fit.

Aye we need to start using him now he's fit. He was good before he was injured

Play him, move Callum up one and leave O’Riley on the bench.

Double pivot, cal mac and iwata would allow another option to play out from the back and allow us to make progress up the pitch and break the lines. Would also provide more defensive cover for the counter.
    O’Riley free role behind Kyogo.

he must of horsed Rodger's Mrs or something. Absolutely no reason why he shouldn't be in the team. Really liked what I've seen of him so far and he wont hide like Calmac has been doing recently. A bit of bite and aggression is what we need in the middle of the park at the moment.

Like others have said how Bernado got the nod over him on Saturday is criminal. Negligence from the management team once again

Last 20 minutes or so against Killie I’ve never seen such an obvious example of a player we needed on the pitch. He never got anywhere near it, and the only 2 explanations for that are both annoying. Either wasn’t deemed a player that would help what was happening on the pitch or was unfit and injured still and was never getting on, and just put on the bench.

Bumped this thread to say similar on Sunday. Our lack of any actual shape and (when fit) his omission from any game time have been the major red flags to me this season that Rodgers is the issue.

75 mins in I turned to my brother and said he needed to come on, and the obvious guy to come off was Kuhn. It’d have absolutely * a new player just in not upto speeds confidence and settling in.

Said at the same time he’ll just leave it because he’s called his changes earlier when he was trying for a 2nd and he wouldn’t dare to do anything other than letting that play out.

we weren’t surprised at all when the equaliser happened. And most of our fans I’ve talked to have been the exact same.

And then he said after the game in his interview he was thinking he might just get away with it. I really don’t trust him in charge, and know we wont get rid so need to back him till the summer at least. It’s so many levels of us doing * wrong man

Someone said in one of the threads he looked to get him to warm up late on just to be told we'd used all our subs.

Not sure if that's better or worse than coming out after the game and saying he sort of expected the result. If only he had some say in the matter :31:.

Think it's too late to chip in for that holiday trip to Switzerland him and Desmond were rumoured to be doing? Couple of months should do it.

Ahh, I hope not. I think we done the 3 times to make a sub, and still had 1 out of 5 possible left, I think.

If he’s not realised that you have 5 subs but can only stop for a sub or make a sub 3 times in game hasn’t clicked on with him, * knows. Tbf, I didn’t realise the 3 times, I forgot about half time with Palma. I’m a wee * on the internet but, our manager better not be forgetting stuff like that

Didn't even know about the 3 times :56:.

We did use all 5 subs so done deal anyway. It was someone else's comment about seeing him get Iwata to warm up so no idea if it's actually true.

Either did I for ages until it got pointed out end of last season when we’d made 3 diff subs 3 stops for them, and kept a player on with a knock, was going ballistic. And then it got explained to me. Was sheepish about that in the pub :56:

Really good at rushing in to stop a turnover from becoming a counterattack.

I thought he was the best out of our midfield 3 today, not that anybody really stood out apart from Idah

MOTM I thought, natural at reading play and picking the ball up also moves it quick and very tidy on the ball.

Definitely starts every week from now on.

He is a technically tidy player who reads the game really well. He holds his position well and works hard for the team.
We need him and Cal in that area of the pitch. It doesnt work with O’riley and Bernardo as the lack of defensive cover leaves us vulnerable.
