The main difference is you can trust him on a ball and players do, guys will pass to him under pressure, allow him to pick the ball up in bad/crowded areas, know he is in the right areas to take a pass etc

Bernabei when he plays nobody wants to give him the ball, people think he's going to lose it and get us countered, defensively people don't want to pass him the ball under pressure.

I mind the last game, Bernabei was chasing a ball back towards our corner flag and Joe Hart came steaming out for no reason really and booted it into the stand, was pretty obvious he though im not letting this * idiot come back and try and pick a ball up here and get it took off him.

Going forward he adds a wee bit more creativity also as his movement around the park and linking with players is good but he always just lacks the mobility to overlap and he very rarely ever gets near the oppositions box.

We do need a new left-back who can get forward more to make it easier for the winger. Even an Izaguirre style guy who wasn't the best defender but can overlap for fun and get a ball in the box.

To be fair, Hart regularly makes the wrong decision about when to come and when to stay. In fact, he done it yesterday as well. He came when he should have stayed and got involved and was lucky to get away with it. It was in the first half. Might have even been Taylor who was chasing back as it was on our left hand side.

Greg Taylor has revealed Celtic held crunch dressing-room talks after another title slip.

The Parkhead defender admits it’s been laid on line to all that improvements simply must be made as they aim to stay as champions. Celtic were booed-off after losing a stoppage-time goal in the 1-1 draw with Kilmarnock, which led to an instant and frank post-match inquest. Taylor kept precise details of the talks in-house as, when asked if there had been raised voices or if it was calm during the discussions, he said: “It’s probably better just to leave it in the changing room.”

But, on a general theme over having the chat, he explained: “Yes we did. It’s important to realise there are still 12 league games to go. But we obviously need to improve, that’s clear, in terms of performance. We want to hit the levels we know we can hit, so we need to do that. We’re a team, coaches, manager, players, we’re all united as one and want to put on a better showing for the fans, that’s clear

Dropping points is disappointing and I feel for the supporters as they expect so much more from us and rightly so. But you have got to have perspective, it’s only February at the moment, there is still a long way to go, so we do need to find a level of performance

Taylor is amongst the senior stars within the dressing room, but says everyone within the unit has to grasp what is needed. When asked if the newer faces understand and get-it as regards the demands of Celtic, the full-back made it clear it involves every single member of the squad and not just certain sections.

Taylor said: “When you have leaders like Callum McGregor, Joe Hart and even myself, they have to (get it). It’s not a case of the new lads, everyone needs to understand.

It’s not a case of just boys coming in and a case of boys that have been here, it’s everyone as a collective having to understand that this club demands success, it demands a way of playing. And, when you don’t hit those levels, then the supporters are rightly disappointed

At this club, even a draw like that feels like a defeat, definitely. Any time you drop points, that is the way that it does feel.

Taylor says more talks will take place today in the hunt for solutions and improvement. He explained: “We’ll do a debrief on Monday, we need to see where we went wrong in this game and where we can improve, and we’ve got to take that into the final part of the season

That last paragraph. What's the * point. Clearly learned * all from all the other * performances so why will this one be any different.

Either manager doesn't know how to fix it or players arnt listening to him.

The point is you shame people like Berna in front of their team mates for being a shitebag loser or Palma for shanking chances into the stand funny somehow or Kuhn for getting into good positions then doing nothing with it or the 2 centre halves for taking extra touches when the pass is on early.

The problems we’re facing just now can be fixed, it’s just going to take collective effort.

The difference when he went off at the weekend was staggering. He’s our most important player because the drop off to Bernabei is so drastic. Hopefully him and CCV start every game from now on. Without that we’ve not got a hope.

Compared to Bernabei he's prime Roberto Carlos.

We still badly need better but right now he's far and away our leader there.

We ain't winning anything with Bernabei.

To do a debrief of the game? They happen after every game mate.

Yep. So goes back to my original point. Whatever they talk about at these debriefs are pointless bcoz they havnt taken anything away from any of them in terms of how to improve coz we've been watching the same * since August

Last time players had it out themselves, we showed our best form this season the 5 games or so before Winter Break.

I hope they’re angry, hope they’ve got a riddy, hope they’re calling each other out and hope they’re pulling together to make sure of improving on what’s missing

Id certainly scrap the manager coz whatever the message is it's not getting across and doesn't look capable of changing it

You’ve went off on a random tangent, we’re discussing whether or not the squad and management should debrief after a weekend game. Which of course they should.

No. My original point was it's pointless as it clearly has had no benefit bcoz each week we turn up and put in the same *, turgid, eye bleedingly awful football as the previous week.
Therefore the safe conclusion to make is the * leading the debrief doesn't no how to fix the issues being discussed on a weekly basis at these debriefs.

We won’t do that. Compensation for doing so will be up there with our record fee for a player, in Eddy. We won’t pay that, even if they really wanted to sack him.

And if we did, we won’t have any preparation to quickly move on to a good replacement, and us having clearly bullshitted BR in to signing on for a second shot at us, a good replacement who has options in the game would tell us to * off anyway

Then it’s praying John Kennedy has learned enough from Ange to do save us
