He'll not get sacked... him walking away is the only way we change management and he won't do that either . He must surely know he needs to change the system bcoz it can't continue the way it is. Being a Celtic fan just now you feel so hopeless bcoz being able to do nowt while the club creates it's own problems is frustrating as *.

He may hope for it to get really toxic to force the board's hand = PAYED UP IN FULL!

I don't believe he's interested in * us over to get at the board just so they'll bag him. To get at the board he gets the team performing at a level where we blow teams away wins the league then walks away saying I can't work this way, I'd admire him more for that. There's huge underlying issues at Celtic that have been the even before and during Ange and we all know what they are

Ahh right. So we can just ignore what we have seen of the players until another manager comes in.

I’m more inclined to believe that we have signed dross for the most part to be honest, based on what I’ve seen of the players we signed. It’s hardly surprising given Mark Lawwell’s track record. Maybe boys like Kobayashi, Abildgaard, Bernabei etc just needed a different manager to Ange though eh. Maybe Mark Lawwell is actually really good at his job and we just haven’t found the right manager for a lot of his signings. Ange and Rodgers obviously just aren’t up to it with some boys.

The art of being a football manager is doing as good as possible with the resources at one's disposal. One can excuse Rodgers, quoting notable absent players, but McGregor and O'Riley are present, and so is Kyogo, all key parts of last season's treble. I think McInnes would do better with these players than Rodgers.

"I'll be here for 3 years minimum" he's absolutely not walking away now or the summer imo, already set out his stall. It'll get uglier and uglier until there's no choice but to sack him. He'll get his payout one way or another.

Mate we still had 11 international players on the pitch on Saturday against a bunch of * hoofers that play most of thier games on a subbiteo pitch. Not one Killie player would make our first 11. We still have much better players than everyone in this league

Look at the analysis floating about on twitter, that is 100% on the manager and his style and instructions. It's utter *. He's substitutions are utter *. His signings have been utter *. Everything about him bar a handful of games has been utter * this time round.

Yes we can blame the board but this is also on Rodgers, he simply can't adapt to modern football or is too stubborn to do so, either way it's going to result in a hun treble more than likely. Which is unacceptable under any Celtic manager or circumstances

Those videos are horrific. From Ange ball to that. The quality of the back line doesn't help, but that's a team low on confidence who have no idea how to play football.

Its actually a bit embarrassing when you watch it back.

There is no one the back line can pass it too.. Calmac receives it and passes it backwards practically on top of them.. kyogo our striker is the only one looking for it past the 20 yard line..

    That's on Ridgers instructions..

    That's the second clip

Hes tried something different twice this season.. 4-4-2 for 60 minutes twice. Both times reverting to the same crap that hasn't worked all season.

He either is terrified of trying something different or doesn't know how to. Either way that's not good enough for a supposed CL team(no sniggering)

Anyway he should be punted for having a worse record than That fat * Biele and losing an 8 point lead.

Complete disorganisation. One thing that strikes me is when cal mac is pressed they dont know what to do. Cal mac cant be the only out ball. Someone else has to come in and show for a pass in midfield.
It was the same when Brown was the pivot and CM was further up in midfield. We had no out ball and Boyata ends up kicking the ball out the park or long to the likes of Roberts.

Its a different formation but the system to work the ball out from the back is exactly the same and same positioning and instruction to the wingers

100% and probably makes it even harder with one less midfielder and why Kyogo had to drop into midfield..

It might be more costly to us to keep him. We still have a chance at the moment.
as bad as we are, they are still not that great.
If he had any humility after how he left first time round, he would agree to waive his contract.. he doesnt need the money.

Kyogo should be off the shoulder of the last man or in the box. We have people who can play the 10. We dont have a better finisher and poacher.

It always amazes me that ordinary punters can see what's happening on Saturday for 90 minutes and an "elite manager" can't seem to grasp it even though hes working with the players all week..

Kyogo is completely lost under Rodgers yet he still manages to get us out of trouble.

Anyway I'm done. I want Rodgers gone, his time is up win or lose the league.. painful to watch and he doesn't have or won't be getting the players required for his style.. back to the prem where ya can pass it sideways and backwards all day long

Unfortunately im in the same boat. I cant buy his lack of quality excuses anymore and the players gave up on Saturday and got nothing from the side. It looked to me like the beginning of the end.
Its bewildering that we are in the situation that we have won our head to heads vs them, yet this is the position we find ourselves.
