I personally think Lenny was very badly treated in his final season. He was hung out to dry by a board that should have sacked him earlier and given horrible abuse by people who were rightly angry about that season but who forgot or explained away all the many very good seasons he gave us before that both as a player and as a manager.

The Rodgers situation is different IMHO.

I genuinely can’t imagine anything worse outside of appointing someone like Barry Ferguson.

If we go more than 3 or 4 points behind, then, we’re done.

This is exactly what I am saying. Yes. Every time the board have had the opportunity to move us up to the next level from a position of strength.......they have instead saw it as an opportunity to save money the following season as "the team we've got just proved they are good enough to win the league"

Players get older. Other teams get better. You must improve from a position of strength. Which we never do.

    That’s genuinely ridiculous.

A fresh manager coming in to organise this squad wins the league.

Rodgers is nothing more than a decent coach, who's allowed the * Lawwell to shaft him, and in doing so has allowed the * to shaft us.

Just get the Lawwell * sucker to *.

    100%

The board see it as a chance to make money. Somehow they don’t understand that if you stand still in football then you’re automatically moving backwards.

Ange tried to explain it to them but they want to run in their way, so that’s what they do.

Which is why your claim that we'll still win the league this season is pure nonsense.

Whats annoying me aswell is that boy Idah actually looks pretty decent and we dont even have an option to buy at the end of his loan deal. Another spectacular move by the board

I don't think we'll sack him, as much as I want him gone we're only 2 points behind them, not saying that as a means of keeping him, but it's how our board will view it unfortunately.

He'll only get sacked if we fall 7 or more behind them, our best case scenario is him walking.

I don’t even know any more.

The huns aren’t dropping points against the rest of the league. And I do think our squad is just dreadful, regardless of manager.

For me, we have known we’ve been shaky, we’ve seen the team going further and further backwards, a big lead lost as soon as the main rivals get a competent manager in rather than an absolute self absorbed clown in Michael Beale.

So we should look at they signs, and think maybe we should have a plan B here just incase it takes a worse turn or it becomes clear its not working. And have options we want to go to immediately if we pull the trigger to get rid of him.

Does anyone think that we have a plan B incase BR doesn’t work? Even with the writing on the wall. I don’t.

I’m sure the version of Plan B in place is John Kennedy

Its just what I believe. We should by rights be winning it by a canter. We should be so far ahead as a club by now that it shouldnt even be a question. That is not the case due to the incompetance of our board.

I do however believe we are better than the huns and we will still win the league

Should be away before it's too late

However our board won't show any ambition and will give it to that * hanger on Kennedy until end of the season when we should be going and appointing a manager to win us the league this season

I don't think he'll be sacked at all, irrespective of how far behind we fall.

What I can see happening is a mutual parting of the way in the summer.

It’s not as bad as we’re making it look currently. For one, if a new guy can do only one thing better, and that is playing to Kyogo’s strengths, we’re already so much further ahead than right now
