Good interview. Love it when the players answer questions with "No. We're just focussed on the next game." That's the attitude we need.

    Living the dream.

Such a strange player. Sometimes I think he’s brilliant, other times I think he looks every bit the player that struggled to nail down a place at St Johnstone and Dundee United. One thing you know with him is he always gives it absolutely everything, no matter how much of a cliche that sounds.

Before AJ got injured I was calling for AR to get his opportunity. I think sometimes defensively he can be shaky but I do have faith in the guy. I’m sure he will be absolutely fine for the run in.

I rate him ability wise, he brings a lot due to his style and talent which is often overlooked - but his * mentality and drive is priceless in the team for me, there’s not a lot that has that in this squad. *, probably Calmac and Taylor only, and they don’t have the steel he brings with it. That tackle before our 2nd penalty is one I think he’s the one player in the team that wins it, commits that hard and makes * sure we keep the pressure on pushing for a winner. Ange’s first season he was first choice for most of the season, the amount of times he assisted or scored to equalise or win for us was more than anyone else in that team. That’s mentality.

Reminds me of Big Mick a lot. But I’d say Ralston is more talented than him, and that’s not a slight on McManus.

If he was a more regular starter he would be a candidate for captain when Cal hangs up the boots. Love him

Totally agree! I'll be disappointed if/when AJ walks straight back into the side.

Great assist but watching him try to play football is * painful at times.

At least Taylor is decent on the ball and can weave through a crowd from time to time. Ralston is as stiff a player as I can remember.

Can anyone explain why he’s not allowed in the box for set pieces? Like we have a very limited threat as it is, and he may be the highest scoring player we had on the pitch today from set pieces, direct on the end of them anyway. He * challenges and fights to win the headers and needs to be watched and worried about at the least, but Rodgers has him sitting back the deepest to cover a counter, he won every single one of those attempts that came near him, and picked up any loose ball/2nd balls that went near his side of the pitch but, it’s just such a * decision when hes on the pitch, a very basic and obvious one. The guys who are good in the air, who are physical, who are a danger and nuisance challenging crosses. They go in the box when you’ve got a corner or free kick to whip in the box. Is it just me?
