Big penalty to get us the points but did little else during the game. Had a couple of chances that he should have finished. Dithered through on goal when he should have picked a player out. Didn't link up, didn't hold the ball up much either.

I'm not getting excited about a player who Norwich were happy to let out on loan.

At times he looked like Giakoumakis other times he looked like Olly Burke

He has all the attributes, pace, power, movement. If Rodgers can bring him on like he did oriley and bring more goals to his game we have a player.. he strikes penalties very confidently and needs to bring that into open play

He did little else during the game is a bizarre take. Even if you want to lambast his finishing, which is fair enough, he harried the defence and keeper all night, was a willing runner and a pest the entire time he was on the park.

He was putting his head through the ball away from a good game for me. We have been putting balls in like that constantly with no one to meet them. He was there just fluffed his chance. Likewise the one with the low hard ball into the box he mishit and it fell to Kyogo who should have scored.

I have to admit though see when he and Kyogo are on the park and I said this with Oh before him why not let Kyogo be the furthest forward and have the bigger player drop in to be able to receive the ball? Kyogo more often than not is poor getting the ball back to goal, his control lets him down and his simple passing isn’t great but we stick him in a playmaker type role.

Exactly. Rodgers wanted a big guy who can hold the ball up, but he has no idea how to properly use him. We are stuck in endless passes even when a big guy up top allows us to bypass the opposition defense. Not surprising, though. Oh could have been used in the same way, but Rodgers put Kyogo in the deep role.:31:

I have watched him closely with Ireland over the last few years. He will put in a shift and hits a good penalty. That's about it. In almost everything else he does he is woeful.

Ireland are garbage tbf. So are Norwich. Strikers are going to struggle.

Showed more in his Aberdeen cameo than people give him credit for. Didn’t see the game last night though.

Some pair of Costa Del Sol’s for the 2nd penalty.

A lot of potential for me..

Surprised at how good he's looked..

Pittodrie I thought he looked very good and again last night it was his runs that impressed me most..

We're no a fluently functioning side right now and he's still impacting and having telling contributions..

    I like him..

Can see him doing a lot of damage for us..

Tinfoil hat on, we'll stop getting penalties now we have someone that can actually score them.

Looked more dangerous this way. Can sometimes especially at home sacrifice a Bernardo for another striker to play in the hole and allow more support for kyogo

Regardless of whether people felt he did anything other than the pens (which I'd disagree with) fact is he stepped up early and late in a pressure game to dig us out a massive * hole.

We needed someone to give Kyogo a shift and hopefully he can do it. If all he does is contribute over this next 13-14 games or so then that's fine.

    Finished twice when it mattered.

At times he looked like Bambi on ice then really good.

Probably high potential, better option than OH anyway.

His overall play is good but he isn’t a natural finisher.

Maybe playing in a team that creates so many chances he might grow into a better finisher but I feel it’s something you usually either have or you don’t.

That said, when the others around him get used to him and start linking up with him he could be a very useful signing for us in the run in.

As good as he is at spot kicks, I thought he had a shocker apart from the penalties.
