Where's the tempo and intensity Rodgers speaks of? Non existent.

Rodgers' style of football is complete dugshit and boring to watch. We all talked about it when he was reappointed, and it's coming to pass.

Can't blame the players when they're being instructed to keep the ball at all costs, even if it means passing it backwards more than forwards, and the same old patterns of play. No one twos outside the box. No driving runs. No cutting passes.

The style involves keeping the ball between the central defenders, out wide, back in again, etc etc, until finally someone tries a cross that is easily dealt with by the opposition defence cos they've had about 10 minutes to set up for it.
