There needs to be a complete remodel of our board, our governance and oversight, and the football business model.

Start by clearly defined roles and reporting lines for senior roles. Remove anyone in positions due to family connections. Get rid of any director who has been on the board for more than say 10 years. Get rid of Lawwell and find out what our chief exec actually does. Ask the non execs what exactly they contribute and evidence of check and challenge of decisions. Explore a director of football role.

Thats just a starter list before we even get on to actual football activities.

But none of that will happen. Turkeys don't vote for Christmas.

A dated structure for modern football. We should be trying to mimic the best setups, but no, Peter knows better apparently - an accountant.

I think the time for token gesture like banners etc is gone and the fans now need to be more pro-active. We need to stop buying the merchandise, stop buying the half time raffle, stop buying the * food from the stadium stalls and, more importantly, stop renewing our season tickets. Yes, there's a waiting list for ST's however, surely even those fans on a waiting list must see that this board are willing to * us over and hopefully change their minds

I think this too. Ange was maybe tapped up by Tottenham, but he is not a stupid man - far from it. I think the second Peter Lawwell stepped back into the boardroom, he would likely have caught a whiff of his self-serving narcissistic demeanour and realised the jigg was up.

I know it is so easy to attribute personalities to people you don't know from afar, but everything about Lawwell now is looking ugly to me. Someone spouted a fact the other day that since he took over as CEO - they year after Seville, we have NEVER won a knock out European tie. If that fact is true, it is damning beyond belief.

For all the limitations a Scottish club has financially in these days of State sponsored, Sky-inflated bullshit, we should have more than enough to participate without complete embarrassment. * look at rangers. They are *, but they have made 2 finals in that time.

The rot has been there for some time. Rangers liquidation just hid it for a while under all that Jelly & Ice-Cream, but it's gone off now. We are just eating sour milk and it tastes like *.

    They have shrunk the jersey.

The whole set up is just old and stale. Too many jobs for boys, too many rich old men sitting on a board for 20 years with no check and challenge. Too many senior roles taken by people who have little experience of football in the modern era. Too much nepotism.

You're 100% right. Doesnt make sense from a business perspective. But those on the payroll will still get paid and every year they know they have 60000 consumers lining up to give them money regardless of the product on offer. It's easy to get lazy in such an environment.

Just get them out by any means necessary.

Even if we somehow manage to win this title.

If Celtic is to ever reach their true potential, Desmond and Lawwell will not be running the show.

Start with no more merchandise. Let them print * loads of tops, dvds, books, clothes etc..and then let it sit in the warehouse doing * all.

Duopoly..can't be £120m richer than your flat broke rivals. Who wants that? Not the SFA, not SKY. Can't sell the game if only one team is winning.

You should renew yours matey. Better to have 'one of us' on the inside than another PL yes man. You can also make * signs to them..and shout * * * (although that might be a bit south London that one!) But yeah..no more merchandise, no more tops, no more mugs, clothes, hats, books, dvds, no more teas, coffees, no more food in the ground, no more raffles, let it all go to waste.

Irrespective of whether we think Ramsay or Silva is worth the money, their board have backed the manager and pushed the financial boundaries. What have we done, invested a * load of money on projects for the past 4 windows.

A real protest would be thousands of fans wading into the main stand on a match day and protesting on the walkway below soft seats.

The South West corner concourse has a corridor that allows anyone in lower tier to walk all the way around (GB for example, hint hint)

It’ll create a vibe which will physically chase board members from their seats for once.

Yeah really need to make it uncomfortable for these * and block the car park and the shop ask fans to not buy merchandise, stand at kiosks within the ground and ask fans not to buy food and drink unless it's a pie to hit those * in the directors box and we have to take the gloves off when it comes to the directors and make it * for them .

You want the board gone. Simples.

1 boycott the games and merchandise
    2 see 1.

    Its THAT simple.

And before you give me that witholding money damages the team * the longterm damage this owner and board will do is nothing compared to what a little boycott will do otherwise we will be having this argument every season like we already do.

Short term pain for long term gain was never more true.

Its OUR team OUR money OUR history. Get them all to * NOW.HH

Not going to happen. There's too many who would still go to the games and buy the merchandise.

We have a huge waiting list for games and 'sell out' home matches.
