I can see where you’re coming from. Oh’s biggest issue at the moment is consistency. He had a solid game at home against Hibs then struggled in the next match if I recall. Oh has featured in every single league match since the win at Ibrox too, so no one can claim Rodgers hasn’t tried to utilise and develop him.

 

The quality coming in from wide areas just isn't there compared to under Ange. It's not just down to the quality of player in those wide positions but also the type of crosses we are putting in which is down to a change in play style/tactics. Alan Morrison the Celtic by numbers guy has highlighted the issue.

As others have said a different type of striker would perform better in this team. Giakoumakis type would have been perfect. Think it's just a matter of time before Kyogo is phased out under Rodgers, unless he can adapt his game to become more effective again or Rodgers adapts his tactics which I can't see happening. Maybe the arrival of Khün will help him.

 

Think it was second half, they had a corner and we broke, he gets the ball in the center circle, we had men over and he trips over the ball, with nae * near him. Wild.

I was in the boat of no one is spotting his runs but lately I've leaning more over he needs to start doing more. he hid for most of the game Saturday. Doesn't even wind up the two CB's now like he used to.

He can * that tik tok * off an all. We've took the * out of Cantwell for doing the exact same thing.

 

Hopefully last time we see him in Celtic team. Par rangers games. We man down with him on. Keep giving ball away and totally uninterested. Waste time

 

Bit far. He's not getting the service he needs, to the point he had to dribble past about 4 players just to create half a chance for himself.

 

No chance he should be starting games for us just now.

 

I think he needs to leave, he doesn't seem to be BRs type of striker and doesn't seem to fit into Rodgers style. Shame cos he is a cracking player.

Another top player Rodgers has ruined with his * tactics. Wee man is phenomenal on his day and he looks absolutely done.

 

Looks like the player we had the previous 2 seasons is long gone.

 

Noticeable drop off in recent games. I think he looks shattered and as soon as the game gets on a bit the passing etc gets sloppy

 

Sadly I think you're right.

Rodgers has totally destroyed the most lethal striker in Scotland. I just hope Rodgers * off before Kyogo.

Rodgers has destroyed his confidence and form.

It's mental how people can look at a player of Kyogo's quality and mindset and turn around saying "it's not because of the manager".

He's supposed to be "managing" the team is he not? Kyogo has been a top pro and top class since arriving here. Under Rodgers, he's been absolutely ripped apart and probably because Rodgers has this * weird obsession about over-complicating the game.

 

Doesn't look interested and has little competition to push him. Is suffering from the overall lack of form, and quality, from those around him. But, he isn't playing well himself and deserves as much criticism as anyone else. Workrate is poor, has missed chances that we expect him to score and just isn't contributing enough overall. A decent striker might have given him a push to reignite his form but as it is we need more from him than we have been getting.
