He's clearly got a real bad one..

Don't think there's a single fighter on the planet that would be allowed to fight in 2 weeks with that, nevermind for the biggest fight on the planet..

 

I don’t think people are annoyed about a fighter getting cut. It happens. Obviously nobody is expecting him to fight with that cut.

People are annoyed that a guy who has put up constant obstacles to this fight ever happening, who has a track record of being a complete bullshitter, and who has called out others for the exact same situation happening, getting cut, and the fight therefore not happening.

Public opinion has well and truly shifted on Fury, and he’s brought it entirely on himself through being such a * for such a long time.

Hopefully Hrgovic steps in and replaces him, to salvage the card.

My opinion has shifted on him a lot myself. Still can't be helped with an injury like that though..

The list of opponents he’s fought since the Klitschko win has been appalling tbh. Fought Wilder 3 times, who doesn’t have a single elite win on his record, and just got handled with ease by a guy who himself was stopped by Joe Joyce recently.

One of the reasons I’ve struggled to take to him since the hype overtook his actual accomplishments. No issue with someone taking on all challenges and failing, but struggle to take to anyone who talks the talk while avoiding challengers.

The one I’m talking about being photoshopped is the one where he’s taken picture of his physique can tell the heads been photoshopped in which leads me to beleive cut happened few weeks ago and he’s only just running with it as an excuse to pull out as of last night

It is odd that the actual photo they have released is clearly part of a still from a video through. I reckon he has been cut, but has also probably been bashed around a bit in sparring, and didn’t want to release any footage showing that as it would lend weight to the suggestion he was struggling.

 

Unfortunately the video was filmed on a potato and tells us very little.

The still itself does appear to be from a video, which hasn’t been released.

I think he was cut, just not surprised there is a bit of skepticism. He’s not exactly given the impression he’s wanted this fight for a long time, and has a history of bull-*.

Complete aside, but this just sums much of Tyson Fury up for me. Critisicing someone for fighting Chisora and then fighting him himself……9 years later
