Hopefully he is. Not being able to get a regular game for Norwich suggests no, but one good thing I saw, don’t know if true he’s scored 13/13 career penalties.

 

People can paint the situation to look whichever way they want regarding SVH going to Norwich.

To me, it looks like we’ve knocked back SVH and instead enquired about Idah. Idah was keen to come here. We’ve said to Norwich “loan us Idah and you can get SVH in to cover” Norwich complied because Idah was very keen to come here

 

Probably good enough to be third choice striker, even though I'd prefer that spot to be occupied by a academy player.

Hope he gets a goal or two tomorrow as GIRFUY to all of us moaning *.

Sometimes we don't have a choice, just like we say "no way will we sell Matt this January" other clubs say the same, regardless of which window.

I'm sure someone on here said ages ago that it was his agent trying to hawk him to us in the summer and we were never seriously interested.

 

I don’t want SVH. We shouldn’t be competing with Norwich for signings.

Yeah now that he's here it's time to back him, a young lad with alot to prove playing for his future so ya never know.

Regarding SVH, did we ever really have interest in him? Lots of talk alright, I was never that enthusiastic about him either.

 

What we wanted, and they were willing to give, aren't necessarily the same thing... I think the talk of it being in was because we wanted it, but they held and we flinched first...

Edit: or they just priced us out with it, which is distinctly possible too!

 

I'm in the same boat, got a gut feeling he will do well, think he will play for the cause and rise up a level in doing so

 

One thing is for certain, like Scales he will know what's expected from him when playing for Celtic, lots of friends and family will be Tim's. If we get the same effort as Scales it's a start.
