Why do we have a head of recruitment on a (probably) 6-figure salary? What's he actually getting paid to do? Identify 2 players over a 6 month period?

Outrageous

 

We have a head of Scouting and recruitment.
We also have a lead first team scout.
We have a head of Scouting department.
And we have a lead UK and Europe scout.

Lots of "middle management" but seemingly actually no * scouts.

As we all know, middle management often don't actually do the * job they are meant to be managing.
What's worse is having management with no * to * manage..

Its unlikely Idah was identified and scouted. He was probably offered out to clubs when they agreed to sign SVD.

I think there's a helluva lot more people absolutely scunnered by this latest shambles who will be seriously considering whether or not to renew this time. I definitely won't be

 

The timing of it screams of it.

Norwich knew Celtic was linked to SVH, you can honestly hear the phone call from here from Norwich to Celtic offering us Idah.

If results start to go badly it will be more than * fences the board will need to put up around the ground.

 

This * needs hounded out of the club. Something tells me the GB will go hammer and tongs from now til the end of the season. Hopefully they do while continuing to support the team. We’ve no chance of winning this league if the fans turn against the team.

 

I could be wrong but I believe clubs have an application that they can list available and transfer listed players on. Idah would of been added to the loan list so he can hopefully continue developing after going down the pecking order.

They deliberately went out their way to stack the deck and set him up to fail and ur right it's all so he can sack him so he can massage his ego.
