What did he do well? I'd love to see his stats - ground covered, tackles won, interceptions, assists, goals, chances created etc. I bet they're abysmal.

He was a strong athletic midfielder who covered the pitch well, with great technique and passing. His shooting was a bit wayward at times but he did score a few crackers with us. He was a bit inconsistent but anyone denying he was a quality signing is off their rocker imo. He showed up in a lot of big games.

Kelvin Wilson had one of the best seasons I’ve seen from one of our centre halves in 2012/2013. Only player that I seen give him a game was Josh Magennis that season :56:.

Also I know he was brutal in the 10 season but Ryan Christie would have been scary as an Ange 8 if he stayed. Has started playing there for Bournemouth now and has been brilliant.

He wasn't athletic at all and he was pretty slow and didn't cover the pitch well - he was useless at pressing and tracking back and couldn't tackle. He wasn't strong either - frequently caught in possession and dispossessed.

I’m convinced you haven’t ever actually watched him play if you think he’s unathletic.

He started off well when Ange arrived.

Would Jackie McNamara be considered underrated? I don't think many would claim he was average or poor of whatever, but I'd like to think most would agree he was * excellent for us over so many years.

He did but he played off the left, I think if he had stayed as an 8 after Rodgers played him there for his whole career he would be a lot better off. Has all the attributes to be a number 8.

I've watched him play more closely than anyone else as I couldn't see what people like you saw so I spent a lot of the game watching him to see what I was missing and I wasn't missing anything. His career trajectory shows he's not a good player. Every move has been a step down - Man City - Celtic - Swansea - Samsunspor.

Agree to disagree then as he's not perfect but his quality was obvious in a lot of games, especially several big games. The biggest criticism of him is inconsistency but even then his technical ability saw him through a lot of games. With due respect your opinion of him is absolute nonsense. I'm only interested in what he did for Celtic, and it was a lot more than you're prepared to give him credit for. Swansea isn't a bad career move btw.

If you can't see his ability in videos like this then football isn't for you.

You could make a video twice as long with him being a lazy * and standing about the middle of the park doing nothing, shirking tackles and losing the ball. He's 27, should be at his peak and just moved to a poor team in Turkey - says it all.

Kris Commons - under-rated compared to the likes of Tom Rogic.

32 goals in 2013, alongside 19, 16 and 14 in other years. That's not including assists. Scored some crackers too.

I agree with anyone that said Ntcham. Guy was class when he was getting a run of games.

Really liked christie, his shooting was wayward at times but overall he was class.

Heres one for a debate, Christie or O’riley? I’m taking Christie.

There’s no point continuing to repeat why you’re wrong.

Likewise. Let's leave it at that. No hard feelings.
