Solbakken and Araujo would certainly add heigh, physicality and athleticism out wide. No sure on the former though myself..

The fee make it unlikely but I think he'd smash it for us..

No watched his reel for a while but I remember him being super lively and a wee buzz bomb that will cause havoc and nab us goals from his direct running or pressing..

Looks technically sound and someone that will pop up with a fair few at the back post or in behind..

His versatility definitely useful. We could use him as the number 9 whilst Kyogo and Oh are away and let him battle it out when they're back. I do want a more creative type with guile though so we'd have to ship some wingers out like Mikey and stick Yang on loan..

 

Don’t think Solbakken would happen but I would love him here. He needs to play for an attacking team. He left Bodo for * Jose Mourinhos Roma, can’t get much more defensive than that.

Carlos Carvahal, the manager of Olympiacos is another who doesn’t play a system that suits Solbakken. Traditionally plays a 4-4-1-1, with Masouaras as a secondary striker. I also see they’ve just loaned in Fran Navarro from Porto, who had an excellent couple of seasons in Portugal with Gil Vicente before he moved to Porto. 33 goals in 2 seasons in the league. Excellent numbers. Means Solbakken is even more out in the cold.

Would definitely take him here. He would be dirt cheap too.

 

Would imagine we could get the three of them for around £10-12m.

When you put it like that, it’s a no brainer. Completely transforms the squad adding depth and competition to key areas while improving the physicality of the team!

Cherry on the cake would be a new number 1.

 

Solbakken on a loan to buy if his lon to greece has been cut short would be ideal.

Less impressed with the ide of Araujo and the Dane ! seem more “project” signings.

Wouldn't surprise me if both us and the scum were straight on the phone after his showing against us last week. Should try get something in place even if not for this window if we think he's got the goods.

Why would an agent be pushing their player when no club can legally sign them and play them?!

If they’re going to make * up, they need to try harder.

 

Register with 3 but only play for 2 in the same season unless they run a different calendar such as summer football.

Wonder if they'd even go for a loan to buy then. Maybe a sell with a buy back clause would be more what they'd be thinking.

He could plug several gaps: someone with all three of pace, technique and a final ball (shock); left-footed right-winger - finally; strength, physicality and off-ball movement to be able to play as a striker if required.

Kill the fattened calf for this guy. Buy him and Kvistgaarden and we become much deeper and more versatile in the final third.

EDIT: Just seeing he wouldn’t be able to play for us til next year. That could bring his price down significantly. Would there not be some legal way we could buy out his contract and keep him on loan to Olympiacos (from us) til next season?
Or surely we could arrange a transfer for him now for him to move in summer?
