Thought he was ok, caught out a few times but always showed for a pass, amazed he didnt put his foot through the ball that chance he had, was screaming at the tv.

I didnt think he did well, got caught out of position a few times and kept coming infield as well. He completely switched off and allowed Mcausland to run in behind untracked, in the first half.

Its crucial we get a left back capable of defending and going forward.

He tried his best. He wasn't awful by any stretch but I find his physical limitations really irritating. He is so weak.

He was fine today. Wasn't a standout and had a few worrying moments, but overall dealt with the occasion and the opponent well enough.

To his credit he had a decent game but weirdly had very little defending to do. 1v1 and the ball over the top on his side still gives me nightmares. But utilising him more centrally like Ange did covers up his deficiencies and he probably had one of his best games of the season today.

    Definitely need an upgrade still.

He's been pish most of the season but is 1 of those 1s you don't worry about on a day like today.

He's always up for it against them *

For all that he genuinely was outstanding going forward, don't forget how wobbly he looked at the back, especially first half.

Thought Taylor was excellent, really got himself involved in the whole game, if anything thought Palma was slightly off the boil today.

    Going forward he was great.

First half he was poor for me on 2 or 3 occasions that a better winger or forward would have exploited. It was quite glaring actually how much he was being targeted at times.

    Second half a lot better.

Targeted. If they were decent would have eposed it. Such a likeable guy but never a first team player at Celtic

Seen him winding up Tavernier a few times that i've not seen people mention.

The type of stuff we should be doing, probably him and McGregor the main ones taking over from Broony. The more we rub it into them and wind them up on the park the better probably as they go into these games * themselves they're going to keep getting beat and mocked.

He’s also always the first one in to come steaming in and back up a team mate when they’re involved in anything.

Him and McGregor must love playing Barbie because they just rip the pish out him for 90 minutes, constantly winding him up or in his ear any chance they get :56:

First half I thought Scales bailed him out a lot, they were targeting in behind him that wee guy running in behind, Scales covered and cleared everytime quite easily but the space was getting left for a good pass thatd * us.

See 2nd half but? He was * excellent for me, especially when it got backs to the wall time somehow at the end. You can tell at times like that and him today why he’s consistently called a leader in the squad.

And he probably murdered MJ when they got to the dressing room:56: he went * ballistic at him.

Don’t see enough of that in this team, we’re very nicey nicey at times.

May have his faults but cannot fault his endeavour. Passion is clearly a strong point as seen when giving MJ a roasting and this is something we’re lacking in the team so for that he’s indispensable at the moment.
Hart, Calmac, Taylor. Three players I’d count on to let others hear it when needed.
I think back to MoNs team. I’d say the majority of that team were leaders, we need to really up our game in that regard.

I’d like to see Matty be more vocal, CCV and hopefully soon, Scales. AJ seems to quietly mumble disapproval, speak up son. :censored:
