    Agreed. Some wayward passes to begin with. However, some of the others he played once he settled in were sublime. The pass to Matt for the 2nd split them open and then can think of another to turnball

    Like Bernardo, absolutely baffled as to why he’s not been playing.

    Maybe it was the plan to get him fully fit over the mini pre season at the winter break?

    * knows.

    I try not to read too much in to these things as well, but him and the manager looked far from being best pals at the end there.

    Something must be going on behind the scenes. He's too good to have not had a look in. He's definitely ahead of Welsh in the pecking order. Only played today as there was no one left if lagerbielke and Phillips are definitely frozen out.

    This will be another sviatchenko/svhed case where it doesn't work out for him at Celtic but we will routinely see him play champions league games for years to come elsewhere and we're left confused about the whole thing.

    He's good and I like him as I like lagerbielke.. both appear to be dragged into the power struggle in the background between lawwell and Rodgers.. we need more quality in the squad but yang, holm, nawrocki and lagerbielke are grand squad players with a view to them improving

    I thought, given the circumstances, he was excellent. He got done for their freekick that they scored from but you have to hand it to Tavernier, unfortunately. It's a cracking free kick.

    Plenty to see their that he has a lot of ability to move on with. Need to see more of him.
