He just had a wee moment to himself, up against the post, snarling with frustration by the looks of it.

Last season he’d make 10 runs and get one pass, this its probably 30 and usually too late.

 

Not to be that guy but the hard disagree was use two saying the exact same thing mate

Also think there’s been mixed messages about what he’s supposed to be doing in his role, BR’s said at various times he wants him dropping back more and getting involved, and also he needs to stay further up and stop dropping back. And he can barely speak English whilst being told these messages. He just looks so frustrated

 

1 goal in his last 12 appearances is atrocious. He needs to do better.

He is on a poor run of form, happens to the best of players

 

I honestly think you could stick Haaland upfront for us and he would struggle. The lack of service is appalling. Not until the last 10/15 minutes did anyone want to try a risky ball forward. Rather pass it back to whoever is closest.

 

Let’s not try to sugar coat it, he completely * up today. An absolute sitter that would have got us back in the game and otherwise, in all honesty, an empty jersey. Yes yes yes I hear you all saying it’s BR’s fault. Unfortunately BR wasn’t on the end that cross.

 

In the first half we played one actual incisive through pass to him which resulted in Palma's shot being blocked on the line after that we resorted to the usual pass it wide cut inside and give it away routine that we've perfected this season

 

The slow build up play just doesn’t work for a guy who plays off the shoulder of the last man. If it wasn’t broke don’t fix it. Style of play that is

 

He hasn't looked the same since he got knocked out

 

That’s a point btw, I think it’s something like upto 3 months (for a concussion without permanent damage) that it can still effect you

 

Really could be doing with getting back amongst the goals..

 

Needed that goal. Kicks on from here. Nice to see him smile again.

 

That 20-25 minute period in the first half, he looked like the Kyogo of old, making fantastic runs and creating chances.

Glad he got the goal, hope we see the wee man kick on from here.

 

Played quite well today and good to see him score so hopefully that will lift his confidence.

 

Really needed that goal bcoz after starting the game really well he then missed the chance and altho he was offside he made an * of the 1 on 1 too so was potential for his head to drop again but hopefully goal allows him to kick on again now.
