Clearly a good player but appears too lightweight to play that CDM role. Lacks aggression and bite, rarely looks to receive the ball from the back to start attacks and doesn't break up as many attacks from the opposition.

 

Are you purposely saying everything that he's actually been getting praise for recently, is in fact not the case?

We looked the far better team until he went off injured against fayenoord.

The guy doesnt get a lot of leeway as he ain't a big name brick s*** house, and a lot of his poor performances have come being played out of position.

He has looked very good at DM imho

You really have to wonder if some people posting here even watch our games, that's one of the daftest takes on one of our players I've seen in a long while, literally listing all the things he brings to the team and saying he doesn't.

I think that's why we genuinely start blitzing teams after January each year. The yearly injury crisis is over, and we can finally play a decent strength team.

Given he went off injured so early on Wednesday I would be shocked if he is fit for tomorrow. Just hoping whatever knock he got is not a bad one that keeps him out for long.
