What a game that was btw. Keep waiting for them to fall off but keep proving themselves the real deal, thats Barca and AM beat now.

Be interesting to see what they do in the window if they think they can make an actual push to win the title.

Saying that, City group owned aren’t they? If they win La Liga, and City don’t win the Premiership then Girona get in the CL and City don’t. City group would not be happy with that

 

Silly me keeps backing them to draw against the “bigger” teams and the bubble to burst slightly….and each time they blow them out the park. Style wise obliterated barca and now beat Atletico in style and also grit. What a team.

Looking up that Savio, * going on with him? Owned by Troyes, never played for them been on loan at PSV and Girona. Take it Troyes is a City mob and it’s some sort of workaround to bring him to England at somepoint

 

Are you sure about that? Might be an actual rule but Red Bull have had Salzburg and Leipzig in the UCL at the same time haven’t they?

 

City group own so many clubs now, Troyes and girona being two of them. I think for the players who are really really promising but too young to get the right visa/paperwork; they get them into clubs within the group to achieve that eligibility internationally.

that’s the idea anyway but obviously that doesn’t always mean city will want them. There’s been loads like that so far they’ve already done it with and I’m sure a huge % of it atm is done for transfers in to help FFP

I hate them but also love them. Love watching real but there’s something beauty I think of how simeone has got that team playing. Like the perfect mix between dirty, team unit, class players and without a doubt the best technically defensive team on the planet. Add in someone incredible like griezmann who can win you a game out of nothing and it’s the perfect mix

 

No worries mate, just watched it through on that channel. I'm sure I'd get behind Simeone if he was our manager but I can't stand him. He's done well with them and the crowd was brilliant last night, but really can't go them, so many of their players dive constantly.
