Your profile picture was after a goal scored by a "Brendan Rodgers team".

Aye, didn't mean to insinuate replacing Johnston in January, I'd be more than willing to give him the entire season before we look at another RB, LB has to be priority.

GK, LB and ST at minimum in the January window, with Maeda, Abada and Hatate coming back and we'll look a lot better. Would like another CM and RW into the mix but that'll be for the summer window I think.

He's raging. The anger in his eyes. Not happy with the first half. Said its the angriest He's ever been in his managerial career. Said we we were soft for the goal no foul.

I want to see this. He's fired up. Passionate and honest. Shows he cares and wants to do well. 2nd half was much better.

I hope to * he learns from this. Go with the personal that won him the game.

Really well managed game today. Made the changes early and effectively and allowed us to regain control of the game when it looked like we were losing it.

Great interview from him. Hopefully that resonates with the players.

McGregor said he went through them a bit at halftime, I imagine he’s went ballistic

TBH, these came because we had to drop our typical approach. McGregor hasn't been as involved in attacking play the whole season, as he was in the second half. We began using a big, burly striker the way Scottish teams do. Rodgers has to smash his own reflection in the mirror and build a new self.

I don't blame him. Effectively 3 halves vs St Johnstone without a goal.

I'm going to be very specific and say that on the RW, I'd like them to be left footed.

Would really like a GK, LB, left-footed RW and a ST in January.

As I've said before I have very few concerns with him domestically. There will be the odd dropped point but over the piece it will be fine.

The issues at the moment relate to the quality of player we have to implement a certain style on a consistent basis and to help punch above our weight in Europe. The football hasn't been consistent enough. Shown it in flashes.

Its not been an easy first half of the season but I don't think he's been given the same leeway by some sections of the support as any other new manager would have been given. For obvious reasons.

If we were in this position in the league with another manager after losing Ange, Jota and a few other players over a 6 month period whilst trying to implement a host of below par projects into the side I think people would be happier.

Given its him there is a different feeling about the start. He still needs time and a couple more windows * in before his record in the transfer market comments *

Did you see how utterly * the game was today? It's just uninspiring and grim football that gets papered over by how dogshit the rest of the league are.

If the only defense of Rodgers is "look at that years old photo of Rogic from the last time he was in charge" then it says a lot about what we're seeing right now.

I think if you'd shown me this future the day Rodgers came back, I'd have been incredibly disappointed. Thing is, though, if you'd shown me this the day the window closed, I'd have been relieved. He has exceded my expectations as of that day.

We can argue about whether the summer was his fault or the board's (and I obviously don't think it was his); but it's really clear that he just doesn't have the players to meet the high standards Ange set. Ange himself couldn't meet those standards with the current squad.

Had a feeling that would be his response at half time. There's no getting away from the fact that was totally unacceptable. Poor form is one thing but zero effort or 'intensity' and they always talk about? Nah. Not a chance.

Think Yang will be bombed right out now after that, he was pathetic. Good to hear Brendan gave them it stinking.
