    Its cauld and pishing rain and Im aff work. Slow cooker coming out and the stovies are going on......alll day long.....Ya beauty.

    Everyone's got their own way of doing it. Im Malcolm Allan square sausage.....tatties.....onion.....beef stock......and at the end put in gravy to thicken.

    Buttery pieces on stovies with Scottish plain bread.......with of course.....Scott Brooooon Sauce all over the place

    Smokey’s Piri Piri (Stirling) - seriously good,everything cooked fresh…nice people as well.I am in Stenny just now and it would be easier but I will not use The Black Rooster as they are collaborators,plus Smokey’s is better.

    Spaghetti aglio e olio. I've done the garlic in olive oil, will cook the spaghetti later and mix them in.

    Went for a Popeyes over at Borheid.

    Nice but by * everything is getting dearer these days eh? 14 quid for a large meal and a mac and cheese with 4 spoonfuls in it.

    So I decided to try making ISO tempura prawn sushi rolls. They looked a bit rough but tasted great.
