    Just doesn’t have the same buzz about it as it should, the fact that we’re likely going to be starting a champions league game in 2023/24 with Forrest starting speaks volumes about our recruitment (as well as unlucky with injuries) also the fact we need a miracle to even finish 3rd doesn’t help.

    Hopefully we can go over there, put on a performance and get a result but it’s a huge ask despite this being a more than winnable game.

    I'll be having my physical therapy during most of the game, and might only be able to watch the final 20 minutes. But it's probably a saving grace, because a loss is likely, and my sleep would be affected by watching everything. On the off-chance we get a result, I'll have to eat a jumbo-sized humble pie.

    I'm not even asking for a result- just Iwata in the starting XI or Oh paired with Kyogo from the start. If Rodgers does this, I won't criticize him, even if I come home to find us thrashed.

    Agreed, for the positions that aren't absolutely nailed on the selection seems so random. I wish we would get a little more solid in Europe, surely Iwata could be the sitter with Cal & Matt as the other two.
