    I'm not really a fan of Rodgers, and can't understand why Iwata isn't getting game time, but to be fair Ange did exactly the same thing.

    Still think Iwata should be playing regularly in midfield. What the * to Ange and Brendan know anyway? Pair of Muppets in my book.

    He will be another 'what if' player. If Calmac wasn't there then he would play every week easy. Feel like were wasting a big talent here. Agree with the poor management of him

    It's becoming obvious that we only have him for 2 scenarios:
    1. CalMac is out
    2. We have a lead, we're under pressure and we need to bring on a second DM to steady the ship.

    Bernardo hasn't shown enough
    Holm is decent but very young and can be a bit rash
    Turnbull disappears more in europe than madeline mccann.

    Putting Tuesday aside, would love to see him get more game time.

    A game like yesterday is made for him playing and McGregor being rested.

    Rodgers stated in a recent interview that Turnbull, Holm and Bernardo vying for Hatates spot. Which is desperately unfortunate for Iwata because he is effectively waiting on Cal Mac to get tired/injured/rested to get a start. Although I dont know if that was just for the games vs Hibs/Ross County.

    I really think we would benefit from playing two deeper lying midfielders vs Atletico.
