The officiating in general has absolutely killed our campaign.

We've had plenty of times where things weren't looked at for us or scrutinised against us.

The inconsistencies have been glaring and terrible.

You make your own luck at this level. We threw away a point against Lazio, we threw away any chance of getting back into the game vs Feyenoord and tonight we left AM's best player(one of the best in the world) all alone on the edge of our box to get a shot off, had a player sent off for lifting his studs, which you cannot do at this level, and conceded again in injury-time at the end of a half(the 3rd time in 4 games). We are exactly where we deserve to be for our failure, yet again, to get the basics right in Europe.

 

Not gonna blame officials for us not being equipped to make an impact in Europe as that's on the board but we absolutely have rotten luck and * officiating at key moments in Europe.

 

It's pathetic how easy it is for Riquelme to glide past our players. Done it about 4 times now.

 

If the basic officiating was to the same standard for all then we'd also be doing better. Hatate punched in the face. Nothing. Littery face burst open. Nothing. Eye worse than rocky * balboa. Nothing. No point going on because you think it's making your own luck, not doing what Spanish teams do. Paying the ref off.

 

How many times are we gonna get done over by the 'dark arts' before we actually learn them.

Actually think we were playing well and looked at a good level not out of place till we lose maeda, we are being made to fear any contact in Europe like in Scotland too , our game is different to every other team ,any contact its a foul against us in Scotland and we lose players and concede penalties in Europe it's pish it can't be down to luck even the goals we lose ,its like we manifest the worst fkn outcome before we even play .

 

Their players are a yard ahead in every place on the park

I'm sick of this hard luck pish. It's not luck in our case anymore. It's a * poor mentality that's festered over the last 13 or 14 years.

Why do we always concede goals at the wrong times too? More bad luck? Look deeper.
