    You saw Calum telling the ref to get a grip of their players for asking for cards. They're a bunch of cheating *, would love to see a double leg fracture on one of them and feel no shame in saying it. Football is done.

    Would never have been a red card pre-VAR. Maeda is stupid but come on to *, he puts a foot out to block the ball and the guy kicks his boot. * ridiculous but at this point nothing surprises me. * done man.

    Scandalous decision but Maeda's stupidity just sums up the intelligence and mentality of this squad when it comes to Europe.

    I'm not surprised by anything that's happened in the first 30 minutes. That's the most deflating thing. It's the same thing every single season since 2009.

    Conspiracy theory here ever since we have been promoting the Palestinian cause there's alot of weird decisions going against Celtic the last few years .
    Think UEFA hate Celtic with a passion and we seem to get these decisions against us constantly now .

    It definitely wasn’t a red but the still image made it look worse than it was. Looks like he deliberately left a leg out but in actual fact he tried to win the ball

    Turned that * off. The game is ruined, not meaning this game, the game of football itself.

    I can understand in real time and certain angles that can be a red card, on this occasion the ref initially got it correct and then with the benefit of a screen and replays - what the *, changes it to a red.

    I’m just a * on a chair in his living room watching it on TV. What about all those fans paying hard earned to go watch that?

    When you pause an image it's always gonna look worse.

    VAR is so inconsistent and not being used properly. That's never a red. A 50/50 and the atletico player also made contact on maeda.

    Their entire team almost then surrounds the ref. Classic.

    Same old story, just like Feyenoord away.
    Iv heard this “we are learning” “we are developing” pish before. The proof is in the pudding. We have * a bright start by switching off and then by indiscipline. This isnt Ross County.

    The only sign of progress for me will be our points total in the CL group. Our league isnt a good enough standard to provide a strong indicator of the strength of the team.

    Questions mark still remain over the mentality of Rodgers teams in europe.
