We didn't have long to wait for the statement from them and it was predictable - not our fault/we didna do anything wrong.. and even if we did... well we are supposed to be edgy... Oh and the board have shamed the Club - I must have made a mistake as I didn't realise it was the board who unfurled that banner..

"at best" is being pretty charitable tbh JC. While I believe you don't think they do support them all I, and plenty of others, can do is look at the actions, their inaction's and what they haven't done - openly condemn hamas - to form an opinion.. and that opinion is depressing as *.
Tbh picking a good side in the ME/in all of this is well nigh on impossible. The only thing to support is the average civilian Palestinian just now.
On the PFLP topic, and without opening the whole one mans etc debate, I wonder how support for them is squared against our support of LGBT rights for example.. but thats for another time.

 

Based on the actions we have all seen so far - banner, nothing clarified in either statement released despite much speculation - it would be far more surprising to find out they don't tbh.

 

People can be no happy with the decision if they like, as long as they're considering the whole picture. Far as I can see the vast majority of GB supporters think the ban is because of the single issue of flying Palestine flags, which is * stupid to be frank.

Aside fae that, The Bhoys are small fry in the grand scheme of things, so don't get too upset if people don't join in the circle * eh.

 

From memory he declared his support for Zionism.. so I doubt he would like us now, as he would likely support Israel ..

I don't know if it's the case for JC; but in my case, it's precisely because HAMAS are so vile that I find it hard to believe the GB support them. Their current strategy in Gaza is even more sickening than their most recent terror attack. I know they can be a bit immature and a bit 'black and white' at times; but do you really think they are utter morons? I don't.

I can only make a choice based on what I know and have seen - there is no need to keep repeating what that is, as we all know what that is. No I don't think they are morons*. I have recently said they produced the best banner I have ever seen - Wallace/Sands this brilliance only counts against them now though as you simply can not go from that level to the victory to the resistance pish accidentally.. so they made a choice with the wording and refusing to clarify it for over 2 weeks now.
I've said to you before RR i like you, respect your views on many things and I even admire the patience you show towards some on here.. but I do think at times you try to see the good in folk/things too much.
