Scrolling twitter and all you see is folk giving it the old 'the board banning fans for showing support for oppressed people' and other variations.

So many of our fans are too wrapped up in their hatred of the board they just ignore or dismiss the real problems that are being caused by some of the group members.

Absolutely no objectivity, the board are * and the GB are heroes there's nothing in between. * embarrassing.

Let's be honest mate, you've no intention of asigning any blame to the GB. They could run a mock on one of your concrete pours and you've gee them an extra half hour lunch break.

I just think Wednesday was the final nail in the coffin. Being a UEFA game, all the previous fines etc the club will be worried about more fines or even worse ban/closures. Showing support outside stadium wouldve avoided all this.

Agree on your last para. Wasn’t an awful decision timing wise.

And some fans bend over and take it up the * from the man that the board purports to be, probably much like the boot licker they are in real life.

I've looked over social media recently, a lot of what I see is the quintessentially cuntish attitude of "now now, never you mind about giving your opinions out loud... that's not for you to do... there's much more powerful and more important people around doing whatever the * they want for anyone to give a * about you"

Let the people sing. If that's at loggerheads with the board of the club then so be it, but let the people * sing.

Mate I'm the last person needing to be told how cunty this board is and I agree with with what you're saying but if the club are denying them access to the stadium prior to games to set up displays then that's up to the club they don't need to let them in. With regards the fire exit thing if we're being honest it's fairly easily to spot the GB they all essentially wear a uniform. The police photos there is nothing wrong with tbf. I'm in no way digging the GB out or defending the board in the slightest which is why I would be interested to see the GB response but from reading what the club have put out it sounds like they've given an inch and the GB have taken a mile.

I also agree that had there been no Palestine displays we probably wouldn't be having this discussion

Aye by people who actually have a clue what they're on about. From what am seeing there are far more people completely ignoring the long list of issues the club are reacting to.

Even worse, some are accusing the club of fabricating stories so they can ban the GB for supporting a free Palestine. What * planet are these idiots on man, they're like actual children.

I think the platform of a Champions League night, against high profile opposition was the ideal scenario to show maximum support for the people of Palestine. Certainly worth any sanction that may come our way from UEFA.

Just absolute drivel start to finish. Let the people sing? What the * has that got to do with this? Not once were songs even mentioned in the email.

Hmm. I called them out with their post when Rodgers was appointed. It was * idiotic and considering they themselves had previously produced a banner about backing him or lose him, it was just plain stupid to still hold a grudge for him deciding to leave. Some of the things in that statement I’d like to hear their side though. Especially on the fire exits as I’m not sure how they would know for sure who actually done that.

I agree. Flying the flag of Palestine on a night like that is a beautiful way of showing support, fine or not.

It’s not boxing clever. If they are seen as a terrorist organisation by the Brits, it’s easy for our board to target the GB flying the flag.

I agree mate as I say for me the whole situation has been brought about because of the Palestine display I think that is fairly obvious but the board have essentially boxed clever and not made it solely about that. I've been in here the last few weeks highlighting the hypocrisy of the board and Uefa with this no politics in football pish and the board will be well aware they wont have a leg to stand on in that regard which is why they have listed all of the other reasons in there statement. Our board are * but that doesn't mean the GB are beyond criticism

Not for our board though. Who actively put out a statement begging fans not to take them.

    One question.
If Celtic can’t provide the names of the GB members who are supposed to have caused fear and alarm in the hibs * then they are in breach of the ST terms for banning innocent individuals.
They have to have proof that a member did something wrong to have a reason to ban them.

It's a turn of phrase for voicing or displaying your feelings against many actions, including that of oppression. That's what the * it has to do with it. Do you think the IRA went out in 1916 and sang a few tunes in the GPO in Dublin to get the Brits out? What about the Derry civil rights marches? Tell me this, next time you claim to have read the opinions of many who apparently have no clue what they're on about, try reading it again. Maybe you'll learn something.

Wonder what Scottish First Minister will do and say if his family members in Gaza are killed by the Israelis.
If he had any guts he would call out Biden and Sunak as war criminals for supporting a War Criminal in Netanyahu

I remember that, you did call them on that so fair play. But there was simply no hiding from that particular stupidity. Now you seem to be all for giving them the benefit of the doubt on everything else, like they're not known for being made up of a large number of wee neds thinking they're mad Republican hooligans.

The senior members of the group really need to he getting a hold of the wee * if they want to salvage the groups reputation.
