I have no clue why he's still here. Because he plays well against the worst teams in Ireland's group?

 

Blackpool is his level .....blackpool Beach wae the rest of the donkeys take Turnbull down with him as well 2 players that shouldn't be near the team again

 

Difficult to be too harsh, that was his first minutes of the season for us..

 

He's hopeless.

You could tell years ago that he was never making it here.

He's awful. He has a terrible injury record. He's done.

 

Can't convince me Yang would've been worse than that. Should've been gone years ago.

 

Thought he was decent from what I seen, not much better than when he first played for us but a lot better than the last few times I seen him play

 

Easy too look for a scapegoat after a frustrating day..

He definitely isn't awful, injury record definitely..

 

100% scapegoating.

However, he is * useless. If you want someone to run it out of play, he's your guy.

 

Hahaha some of the comments in here man. He was miles better than Palma today. Got in several very good cross, played McGregor and Taylor in numerous times for them to cross and had a cracking shot that nearly won it. For a guy thats not played this season, it was very decent.

The one he sidestepped that Miller and put Turnbull in was excellent play as well. All in all a positive display from him.

A fair few posters have their minds made up and it really shows. Not a good look.

 

He’s still here because he ticks off the home grown player box. That’s it.

 

Expect nothing less than the reaction in here from most.

Hope he can get a few more appearances like today and try build a bit of momentum/confidence, it's pretty much impossible to come in out the cold like that and light it up.

Had a few * ups, also a couple of promising moments. Keep at it wee man.

 

Won't pile into him too much but today didn't tell us anything we didn't already know about him.

More disappointed in Turnbull's performance truth be told.

 

A scapegoat ?

He must be due a testimonial and hasn't kicked his * for Celtic the world's oldest wonderkid

 

For me he tried to take his man on and drive forward everytime he had the ball, people are being too hard on him imo

 

The problem was him escaping his man was like someone trying to escape their shadow.

 

Did some good, some bad. Typical MJ cameo since 2017.

Just doesn't have the mentality to make it here.

 

I think that’s the problem though. He just tries to skin his man every time even when there’s a pass on. He struggles to get his head up.

That type of wing play isn’t good enough at Celtic. I’m actually kinda shocked he’s still playing like this years later.

 

I think he'll do a scales and turn out good looked lively did more than maedae and palma
