    ALL OF THEM!!!!
You're last sentence is what people can't seem to grasp.
Were not waving Hamas flags and singing kill Israelis etc, its Palestinian flags showing support for the Palestian people that need all the support they can get. Seing as the mainstream media fills most * heads with how evil the Palestinians are, (now being labelled as similar to the Nazis ffs, the irony), and Israel are perfect and have some sort of Devine right to bomb who they want with no repercussions

Tbf it’s not the flags that rubbed people the wrong way, its purely the original banner and then failing to condemn Hamas after that.

Do I think the GB support Hamas? Obviously not. But that banner being flashed around the world with little context looked bad.

It’s the exact same thing that’s * me off with every statement being put out. Condemning general violence and asking for peace rather than calling out Hamas and the Israel government for what they really are.

Too many people are scared to condemn Hamas because you’ll be mistaken for supporting Israel, scared to support Palestine because you’ll be mistaken for supporting Hamas.

No point being coy about this * when innocent people are dying. It’s a sad world we live in now that you have to be literal or it’ll be used against you.

This might be as good a time as any: I've been wondering for a while how and when the word "staunch" came to mean "Hun". :giggle1:

Can you explain it to me please?

Aw man never forget some raging Hun having an absolute meltdown after a CL qualification disaster.

Literally videoed himself threatening to jump off one of the stands at Ibrox to "get at" Murray for not buying any players. But despite showering Murray with all sorts of abuse - *, * etc. and threatening violence he still had the presence of mind to refer to him as Mister.

    Vintage dignity.

Mate I like you but you're way off here... GB would bite off their nose to spite their face.

I love the charity work they do, the atmosphere they bring but they need to also learn that Celtic will be here a lot longer than them.

All they had to do, was tell everyone that they were supporting Palestine, not HAMAS. But they never and they won't.. I just don't get it! And I'm the furthest thing from a hun you'll get.

I’m pretty sure it was us that start calling them it to show how absolutely ridiculous they are and they’ve adopted it as some sort of badge of honour :giggle1:

You are technically correct, but..... As we all know, Celtic was formed and founded by charity to protect the vulnerable in the area at that time when politics was entrenched in the reason we were formed in the first place.
We can't knowingly sit here as a fan base and not accept what we are. We as a club, are only a handful on the planet and I may add, the biggest club in that fact, which is more than a club, it's a representation, of a culture, an identity, a generalised leaning in a political nature. It's all those unique and wonderful traits that make us who we are and ultimately, it makes us a club like no other and open to all!
To deny these facts is dilusional and just wrong.
I wish the board just accepted this, and worked with the groups, this way Im certain a middle ground could be reached.

Is he technically correct, though? What was that big, red badge on our strips and the little mini-display all the players took part in at the start? Why did Celtic refuse to take down the Irish flag in the last century? Why are so many of our songs political? Why did they try to make us have a minute's applause when the Queen died?

Is there a dichotomy between football and politics? Between football and life? What is the relationship between Barca and Catalan independence? Between Athletic Bilbao and Basque independence? Why does Real Madrid's name literally mean "Royal Madrid"? Why did football matches play an important role for the ANC in their fight to overcome Apartheid? Why do the Huns fly the butcher's apron in a city that voted for Scottish Independence? Why are there no Russian clubs in the CL this year? Why was Apartheid South Africa expelled from FIFA? Why did the Soviet Union foster a myth about Dinamo Kyiv and resistance to the Nazis? Why was opinion so polarised about holding a world cup in Qatar?

Yes Is correct, but I don't know why you're taking umbrage and giving explanations to other scenarios about the Nazis and Qatar or the Huns. I have no interest in those other than Celtic, which I clearly state has a political connection and I'm fully supportive of.

Not taking umbrage, mate. Not criticising you in the slightest either. I'm just saying I don't think he's technically correct.

I meant posters who show up only when it's time to stick the boot into our support. Very conspicuous by their absence at all other times.

I've already agreed with you as well about the GB.

You taking it as a personal attack, even though I said double digit posters across all of Celtic social media?

That says more about you than anything I said.
