Just noticed comment about Barcelona tifo...Superb display and deserve credit for putting together but I'm sure there was a fundraiser to raise money and whole stadium took part so why shouldn't the club make money?...we could do this all night..Agree to disagree...My point is if they didn't keep antagonising board and majority of fans maybe the board would listen?

I don’t blame the club for not having dialogue with them it’s pretty one sided.

The GB will make suggestions and demands to the board, and if the club ask for certain behaviours back they just won’t listen. From the clubs perspective they’re probably hitting their head off a wall dealing with them.

They are an ultras group tho, so all this stuff is expected. Don’t think many have great relationships with their board.

They certainly dont do themselves any favours tho. Aye, ‘we’re ultra we do what we want’ but for * sake put a bit of thought into your actions. Nothing short of stupidity has got it to this point the group could defo have handled everything better.

More power to your elbow GB. If you are * off our board then you're doing something right.

I'm sure they are well aware of the consequences of their actions. Some things are worth the aggro.

Anyone that thinks this recent stuff has anything to do with Pyro is being willfully ignorant.

If they didn't get banned after the semi final against the scum then this has * all to do with fireworks, no matter your view on them.

This is all to do with optics and having a spineless cowardly board running our club.

If this board was in place in the 50s they would have meekly lowered the Irish Tricolour.

The GB will always divide opinions within the support but if they are at the game on Wednesday and all we see is Palestine flags similar to the Ber Sheeva game and it results in either a ban or a fine then that's when I will properly go for the board as if they view a national flag as a political statement then why do we fly national flags over the stadium why are players allowed their national flags after winning trophies.

As it stands just now the GB banner was poorly worded and very poorly timed I'm not surprised the board has taken action albeit if they're not directly addressing that as the reason

I reckon it’s cumulative tbh mate.

The victory banner was * daft like. All the good the GB do, that wasn’t a wise piece of wording. That’s being polite.

The fines and future punishments are UEFA not domestic, so the dob theatrics not apples for apples.

The board want a stadium filled with happy clappers buying burgers and merchandise. We both know that.

but the GB need to read the art of war and be a bit wiser. They are currently not winning the battle. They may think they are, and may feel galvanised reading forums and tweets but larger domain they need to smarten up IMO.

They jumped the gun with that banner without a doubt. It was still unclear what had happened at that time though. I wish they had boxed clever and distanced themselves from the atrocity in Israel that morning though once it became clear what happened.

I hope the whole stadium brings a Palestine flag. Let's see them try to ban 60k.

Was the banner the paramilitary one used by Hamas or the Government one that controls the Gaza Strip.

Watch out today and your Diets will have the Israeli flags up.
