I'm surprised at that considering both have lost to the Irish recently

    * absolute surrender by scotland they are * woeful. Take the point when given a penalty get points on the board and move from there ... no we go for the line cant even win a * line out when it matters 2 yards form their line twice and can't get it over .... they guys need to seriously look at themselves shocking performance.... SO FAR just need to score 47 points and give Ireland no more and we join Ireland ha ha and if that happens I will be naked running round the cul de sac

I've never understood how we're so good at rugby. It's literally ranked 4th in terms of sports popularity in Ireland.

Ireland will win the world cup, that first half was so * dominant and that defence is so hard to break down.

Reckon they’ll hump New Zealand, just wish it was the English they had in the QF.

2nd time in a week I could smash the telly.

    Obviously I didn’t expect a win, but I didn’t expect a bullying either.

Ireland have been this good before and this confident before.

Knockout rugby is so different and they’ve bottled it many times. It’s the most open World Cup in years. Ireland, South Africa, NZ and France battling it out.

Ireland weren’t even at their best mate, I’m not fussed who wins it as long as it’s not England. Irelands pressure caused us all the issues and we couldn’t deal with, their tempo and power was far too good for us unfortunately.

Very true but I don’t think SA look as good this world cup to the last and France are even bigger bottlers than Ireland. NZ will be the biggest test I reckon for Ireland.
