5-15 min cameos ain't gonna turn any potential he has into reality.

Needs a loan or something. We need another option too.

    Why would he like him?

Outwith a good 20 minute cameo v bilbao he's been really really poor every time he's playerd under Rodgers. Pre season friendlies included.

Definitely think it's a position he'll be looking to upgrade come January, especially with Asain cup too.

If we bring in another striker and wingers start to settle in, allowing for option of using Maeda more thru the middle too id be really suprised if Oh is still here next season.

Him as the backup striker and only one if Maeda plays wide, isn't enough..

No doubt in my mind we go for a big brute of a ST in the January window, probably go back in for Sydney Van Hooijdonk as I don't think he's broke into the Bologna team.

Van Hoijdonk would be good. He can also play wide.

Feel sorry for him, he ends up trying too hard coming on for the short cameo’s. Still think he could be an option off the wing for us in some games in Europe as an out all like a Sammy type role.

You don’t have any reasons why because “He’s *” is as far as your assessment goes. Zero input.

He's in a catch 22 scenario really. Needs to be getting more time but isn't playing that well when he gets time, which isn't much at the moment. Maybe we could try (ahem) a few 4-4-2 (blasphemy!) games with the big man?

I like Oh and he works hard, but he isn’t going to dislodge Kyogo.

I wonder if he would be better in a 2 man strike line where he uses his strength to bring a partner into the game?

I like Oh but it's clear that he should be third choice here.

The gulf in class between Kyogo and him terrifies me for when Kyogo inevitably gets injured.

    We need another striker in.

It's an opinion. You have yours and are entitled to it.

Iv seen more than enough of him to come to that conclusion.

Moments like today with that lay off to Yang. The * ridiculous attempted lay off to Yang at ibrox. His lack of any impact whatsoever when he comes on as a sub.

Out of interest what have you seen from him particularly this season that makes you think he'll come good?

People said the same sort of thing about GG, we need to punt him or bring in another striker, he barely kicked a ball his first half season here, contributed less than Oh did during his, then Kyogo getting injured was the making of him, he needs gametime it's as simple as that. Bringing in another striker means Oh and whoever the other is are splitting even less minutes between them if Kyogo is still fit and firing, two backups to him would have even less chance of establishing themselves and finding form.

Couldn't care less about Oh's development if there is a better option to cover Kyogo out there.

GG was injured for his first 5 months and then took over through Kyogo's injury, you're right. He never looked back. I can't say that Oh would do the same tbh.

He's getting less and less time bcoz of his performances tho.

Very soon he'll not even be getting off the bench.

It's not just about Oh's development though, it's the other striker as well if we sign one, not getting enough minutes because Kyogo was the main man was a big part of GG leaving, it's not going to be easy to convince a relatively top end goal scorer to come here if they don't think they're going to get the gametime to establish themselves.
