Once again we find a way to lose a game that we needn't have done. There's nothing to be proud of tonight. All we have done is make the same mistakes we've been making in Europe for more than 10 years now. This obsession of ours for fannying about around our own box has cost us yet again but will we learn? No. We'll do exactly the same next time. We are the most naive, and at times just plain stupid, team I have ever seen in European competitions. We're at a stage now where I actually dread CL football in particular and European ties in general.

Feyenoord at home will be our only realistic chance of 3pts now I feel. And even that is probably a long shot.

It’ll be difficult, and I don’t expect it. But I’m hoping we’ll get something, even if just a point out of the two games v. Atletico, and go into the remaining two games with a slight chance of still getting third at least.

Whether we’ll get results is a different matter but we’ve shown that we can give Lazio and Feyenoord a good game.

The year is 2055 - Celtic have yet to win a Champion's League game in over 100,000 minutes. Tonight they threw away a 2 goal lead in the last 3 minutes against a very average Galatasaray side. Mutterings from the fans can be heard talking about biscuit tins and needing a left back.

The spin of the ball didn't even change when "Maeda touched it"

Had a tougher time against Motherwell.

We played very well, composed in possession for the most part and recycling the ball with limited wasted efforts back/middle to front.

I’d be delighted with our showing if this were against a top European side but it wasn’t. It was a strong performance against a very poor Lazio.

In Rodgers eyes this will be progress, in fans eyes, we should already be a wee bit ahead of where we are - capable of winning a game like that at home.

Special mention to Scales. That lad has earned his spot and some.

Would like us to try and get a bit closer between our lines Defence/Midfield and Attack at times it looked we were starting far too deep, means it's a bit harder to play out , don't know if that's down to Lazio defending/pressing well , but they looked bang average

We should be disappointed to not win that game nevermind * losing it

Something that gets built over few seasons but injuries and constant sales rips it out every time

We'll probably sign someone in January, when we're out.

Some * tell me that definitely wasn't offside ? cause it looked very very * close and there's always a Var decision to be made when it's a close call and a goal Is scored

errr…just like they did with our goal? Why’d that check take 4 mins, rather than 4 secs??:31::39:

We're basically Maeda failed bicycle kick away from a win and end up with zero points. Talk about tight margins.

I'm fecking numb. Totally sick of the same fecking mistakes we reserve for Europe and don't start me on the penny pinching from our board who could have opened the purse strings to sign the quality we desperately needed. Fecking soul destroying

He did touch it. It’s clear as day from the reverse angle

Signings havent been good enough, simple as.

Dont have the players to constantly try and beat the press, ah * it disgusted by that.

Because if you actually read the replies, they checked if Maeda touched it. Not the offside. Its really not that hard to understand ffs.
