Big test coming up for his team when they play Liverpool this weekend, should be a cracking game.

I still watch most of his interviews he's had since he left. He speaks well. Would make a great tv pundit for games instead of half of these imbeciles we get on sky and bt.

Must be galling down south that Ange is not only better than every English manager, but that he speaks better English than all of them too :giggle1:

Just got to love the man

Ange talking about our Celtic in an interview before Liverpool game

“I loved my time there. I loved living in Glasgow, my family had a great time, and I loved working at that football club. I follow their results, I try to watch their games every week.
“I’ve got a connection with that club now forever. It’s just a fantastic football club. Just the way people supported me and treated me the whole time – not just me but my whole family. It’s a real strong connection I have there.”

He needs to make sure his players don’t get lazy and complacent. I saw a couple of times in their game they slowed to a walking pace in a very un-Ange like way. He won’t have been happy.

Happened a bit with us early on as well tbh, takes time to get a team really properly drilled, even when we were winning there were games he was on the sideline shouting at players to get the finger out and stop passing backwards.

    Love the big *.

Don’t think we’ve seen the end of his time here to be honest.

Like fact he won but var and refs were abysmal

First red could easily have been a yellow
And double yellow first yellow he made no contact with player

Liverpool goal was onside and it’s been deliberate by guy in var room to give it

And the Richarlson was offside for the Tottenham first goal

Cracking start for Ange, but he did get lucky yesterday, not his fault about the officials though.

Richarlison was well onside, wasn’t even close. VAR had a shocker though for Liverpool’s first goal (or more to the point non-goal). That was definitely onside.

The double yellow, first yellow was unlucky, but his knee clipped the foot of the Spurs player and they were on a break. Second yellow was just stupid, knowing he was on a yellow he deserved to go and did.

The straight red, if that was us and on Cal, I’d want that given, going over the ball with studs up is never good. Lad didn’t leave his feet but went in fast.

People always say he’s lucky, but he sets his team up to harass and play to the final whistle, in between * happens because teams get frustrated. Still waiting for the tankings his team is going to take because they look so open (sarcasm incase anyone is wondering).

Think his team is short another 8, too much going through Maddison, that’s what Levy needs to get him for the new year.

I was * at him leaving us, but I’m over it now. Good luck to the big fella.
