Absolutely agree. Looks class and we always need Scottish players in the squad. Not sure whether he'd be interested in coming to us though or whether he would rather wait for a team from Serie A or somewhere else to show interest.

We definitely should push to sign him though, maybe sign in January and loan back until the end of the season.

 

We better be quick or he'll be EPL bound to some academy soon..

Quite surprised we haven't tried to get him in and loan him back to Motherwell for 18 months or something. It's particularly surprising when we have Stevie Hammell as our head of academy and former coach and manager there. As well as big Mick who I'm sure must've been his youth team coach at Motherwell..

I also notice Anwar El Ghazi mutually left PSV, could be an interesting option at over 6 foot plenty of EPL experience and respectable numbers in Eredivisie, EPL, Championship and Ligue 1.

He got 9 goals and 2 assists last season across 33 games for PSV but only played about 17 games worth of minutes at just over 1,500.

Can play across the front 3 finish with either foot and has decent dribbling and passing ability.

On a free and if it was a short contract would be worth a go. Also was in English football for a while so knows what living in the UK is like and I would imagine can speak the language.

At left back I would consider Souleyman Doumbia formally of Angers. Left back, who is around the 6 foot mark and has serious pace. He appears to be a good athlete who can either carry the ball or make good over or underlapping runs.

He has top flight Ligue 1 experience and some caps with Ivory Coast. Still only 26 but did come through the PSG academy before spells in Italy and Switzerland where Rennes then brought him back to France before moving him on to Angers.

 

We should sign this lad.

 

Been championing this boy since July when I first watched him..

Has everything to go on and become a first team player for the likes of us down the line..

 

Aye I heard about him from a pal who supports the Well and wondered how he'd do. Surely he's worth a punt with a loan back.

 

We must be keeping tabs on him, especially with home-grown quota being more important now..

He's someone that's well ahead of schedule..

The problem is he left us for a better chance at first team football and is now being watched by a lot of clubs down here..

Adam wharton of Blackburn is a young 19 yo centre mid tipped for a bright future.
Hes a left footer who is comfortable playing in the pivot who is strong in the tackle and looks to create from the middle of the park.

Its a matter of time before the big guns in England try to pick him up. Looks like he will be a future England international as well.

6 foot centre mid who's very comfortable on the ball and skillful as *. Got some range of passing and can operate as a deep lying playmaker with dig or a graceful box to box 8 with good numbers in terms of goals and assists..

4 goals and 8 assists in 32 last season
3 and 7 the season before
Has 2 assists already in 7 this season

Don't know how much he'd cost but they're near the bottom just now and were mid table last season..

Lucas Hey..

20 year old Danish centre half..

6 foot 2 and so composed on the ball, almost reminds me of a young Van Dijk how he passes the ball out and goes to set off on a run from left centre half.....despite being right footed. Can go by a man quite easily. Looks mobile, and a good defender..

Got a big move from Lynby to Nordsjaelland and another we should be looking at down the line..

Has decent pace. Good in the challenge. Cultured left foot and likes to get forward or bend balls in behind the back line..
