It was a foul. I’m actually sure he stands on his foot first.

But if that was the other way round we’d be fuming hahahahah

Think he's more in the mould of being a * bag when it comes to giving things against the huns. Plenty of evidence of that. Which is why his decisions yesterday were so unexpected.

Sky Sports Ref Watch Dermot Gallagher saying he believes their goal should have stood. Seriously! Has been told to say that to be controversial and/or to just toe the hun loving party line that Sky Sports always do.

It was obviously the correct decision but no way would the ref have called it if Deila or Lennon were in charge.

Big difference having a manager that commands respect. That's something that Rodgers and Ange both have in common.

I'm genuinely amazed that some people think it WASN'T a foul. Not huns obviously as they are beyond help but some tims and some pundits in the English media. It doesn't surprise me that Dermot Gallagher thinks it's a foul mind, he's always been an odd sort. I remember under MoN we battered a very good Leeds team 4-1 in a friendly at Elland road and he gave Leeds a FK for 2 of their own players running into each other. There wasn't even a Celtic player close to them. Bizarre.

That describes the majority tbf. Think there being no away fans will have made them all more aware of potential accusations of home crowd bias, so that’s probably why he paid particular attention yesterday. All the better in my book. Will take a zero allocation every derby day if it puts some of the refs under a bit more pressure to err on the side of fairness (although some will always be shameless, as we know).

Very good point that, aware they need to be on the ball if they have any intention of being seen as good at their job.

Dermot. Gallagher gives us * all probably been told by Andrew dickson to say it should be a goal. Infact I'm surprised he ain't saying the game should be replayed the hurting hun loving *..

Of you look closely ,the Hun stands on the defenders foot.

This has been shamelessly missed by all these so called experts.

The initial contact is with the players foot and not the ball, that makes it a foul, may seem a soft one to give but that's the rules and exactly why we have VAR in the first place.

Any foul in the build up to a goal must mean the goal is chopped off, the huns will just have to accept it and take it on the chins. :67:

And yesterday was the perfect example as to why I’ve long wanted VAR to be used. Use it consistently and fairly and there will only be one team who feel it’s “unfair” over the course of a season :57:

Mental the foul is even getting debated and even more embarassing seeing ex-refs and pros saying the goal should have stood. Foul every day of the week, anywhere on the pitch.

It's football, not a judo tournament.

It's not even up for debate for me. Player looks to play left footed pass back to keeper, opponent plants foot in front and impedes him, without actually touching the ball. Clear foul.

We've won but Collum was a disgrace all day..

How they finished that game with 11 men is beyond me..

O’Donnell is an easy red. It wasn't even checked..

That boy on Taylor was a red on it's own but somehow escaped with a booking, after pulling jersey's from behind and getting away with multiple fouls all game..

5 minutes added, 2 of them eaten in to by injury fair enough....but how in the name of * does it go past 9? Checks the watch at 9 and Let's them have the corner despite being well over and when it's punted away he checks again and let's play go until it completely breaks down..

Sick of that wee rat. The amount of times he'd wave play on was ridiculous..

Said in match thread but twice first half he had his back to play and they took quick freekicks and he realised and just ran with play. Second half we take our first quick one early on and he blows the whistle and brings it back for reasons only he can explain..

A despicable wee nugget I'd love to smash to bits..

Motherwell should have been down to eight men. Some of their tackling was shocking today.

Another thing that needs addressed is the VAR review for the disallowed Motherwell goal. Collum had blown the whistle for the foul. At that point no VAR check can take place. It did and found it to be offside and they couldn't give the goal.

Yep. Clearly blew and raised his arm yet was given for offside..

    Hideous officiating..

    Who was on var today?

No mention of the push we got pulled back for that was the exact same as the huns got away with that lead to their goal the other day. Think it was Yang.

It was a foul but just to show the double standards.
