    Today has shown he is a quality elite level coach and manager and the team will grow and develop under him.

    I'm sure he always had the confidence within himself that he would get a result, but I'd happily bet he's home now sighing heavily with relief that he has in fact, come out with a win that many Celtic fans didn't see as possible.

    And not just that, doing it with a backline containing a guy who's only just back from injury and then two CBs that are arguably anywhere between 3rd to 5th choice options that had largely played so assuredly that one of them even came out MOTM and overall, perhaps because huns wanted to try and play and not just camp in their own half, he finally saw glimpses of what the 11 should be doing with their possession play as at times... especially McGregor, finally started looking comfortable on the ball again.

    Hire a top manager and everything else will fall into place, there's a good reason why Rodgers is so confident, massive result today, not just the 3 points but form a physiological point of view.

    Brendan got it spot on today. This will win him huge kudos with the support. Let's push on now and ensure the win today acts a catalyst. Brendan I am sure will be very relieved.

    Great win for us and br very unexpected tbh ,feared the worst ....no because we were playing Liam scales ,actually feel he is a very decent player but the fact we were missing so many first team players .
    Sets us up for a better chance to settle players and get behind the team and manager easier....as a result . Europe will be a difficult watch trying to put together our best team and have them gel for that level so no gonna lie ,no expecting much .

    This will do wonders for the players, he did say he'd show them how to win. :67: :BR1:

    Ange would have lost it we looked defensively solid whilst being weakened through injury

    Great to see him clearly loving it today. Hasnt always given that impression since he’s been back.

    It was a good win today but I still think there is a lot to do. It is difficult to install a shape and tactics while there are injuries but I would like to see our signings play in 2 weeks. We can't purely rely on Rangers being *.

    Felt he found that bit of arrogance back today that’s been missing since he returned, he * owns that ground. Incredible record at that * hole.

    * delighted for him.

    Was chuffed seeing how much he was loving it when the goal went in. Saw his mad wide eyed looney smiles.

    Think he overlooked the fact of how much he needs to make up to the fans to get his goodwill back which added a pressure he never had before, today will go a long way and you can see a bit of relief from him.
