I would love nothing more than to be proved wrong, but I just can't see a positive result at all today.

Our recruitment this window has been nothing other than underwhelming. And the few that could potentially step up for this are either on bench or not even in the squad.

I would have put AJ in CB or even Iwata before Scales after last week's performance.

Maeda shouldn't be on the pitch right now, speed or no speed he's been rotten.

And Turnbull is simply not good enough.

 

Even last season had Ange gone into a game against that mob without CCV, Starfelt, Hatate and Jota it would have very worrying. Now at this stage and with laughable recruitment it is beyond worrying.

 

Some of these players need to have the game of their lives here.

Don't see that much between the teams, both look worse and less threatening than last year.

Good performance from Kyogo or similar could be the difference. Midfields the worry so think we should pretty much bypass it or focus on playing up the wings.
