They’re basically forced to make it more like what we’re used to over here.Even to this day most customers in a restaurant would reject their pasta of it was cooked al dente.I’ve heard that carbonara was popularised by US military stationed in Italy during the war and there was no written recipe beforehand.Fucknows..

Ordered a naga curry at a new place iv found. He warned me it's hot. Nah, calm yourself down pal n bring me ma curry it's game day tomorrow!!!

Then I heard him warn someone else and say "if you like it spicy try something less hot like the vindaloo"

    *.

Moral of the story is to always listen to the warning.

at the end of the war when America was occupying Italy what the Americans had plentiful off was bacon and eggs, so Italians just added what they had plentiful off, which was spaghetti and cheese, hence carbonara.

Just been to the supermarket and now I've too many options for tonight.

I was also * off last night. Cause ma wean loves Chinese food and is also cooking it all the time. I made her battered salt and chilli chicken with mushrooms, spring onions and red peppers in a soy and garlic sauce.....with mini spring rolls.

And she didnt eat it when she came in. Said she wasnt hungry. I wasnae happy.................so I watched the highlights from Sunday again.
