    If this is true, is our entire Summer's scouting big fat Peter Liewell calling his compadre at Benfica and asking for a player? Pathetic.
    EDIT - I am staying off here until midnight. That is it. I am going to have a * aneurysm if I wait to see what incompetent * our "scouting" network and financial team have come up with.

    Made a record sale from going down that route so absolutely no suprise we are bringing in Bernardo from there.

    Such a lazy, unimaginative approach to player recruitment.

    He's been careful with his wording there. To me it's saying that we're most likely done, but there is a small chance of a last minute deal if the opportunity arises, such is the nature of deadline day.

    Aye we are done going by those comments, ach well don't need to sit up to midnight have to say I am very disappointed in this window but in 2-3 weeks out comes the accounts showing £40m plus in the bank and a good profit so all good dividend wise :Kyogo:

    Now I have heard it in context the Rodgers comments in terms of incoming player we are defo finished when bernardo gets announced!

    Rodgers has been done rotten with that board! That cvnt lawwell is a cancer! Nicholson has regressed as a CEO and the spawn of auld lawwell is useless! * shambolic window! They have chucked it!

    Went from quality and progression in Europe to using the terms "potential" when describing most signings and " will work with players club give me" on two occasions!

    Scunnered beyond belief!

    Not 1 player signed enhances the first 11!

    I think he knew what he was getting into, when he took us over. His statements have been rather clear, at least from the last month onwards. There was never any plan to spend big on flashy signings.

    Why take the job then, is that not the reason he left first time?

    Im convinced that the * who run the club want to keep them hun * close, the “old firm” because theres been multiple times we could have went to the next level but havent been allowed to do so.
