Rodgers, in his infinite * stupidity, probably thinks that given time he can get Taylor to excel in the role he's assigned him.
But even in Anges system, with Taylor quite literally playing out if his * skin, every fan in the stands and watching at home could see that we could and should be looking for an upgrade.

It's plain as * nose on Rodgers' face that Taylor is neither equipped nor suited for this classic full back role.

Surely though mate it's no up to me, you or anyone else on the forum to look at the signings we've never heard of before and decide if they're a punt or project or whatever. That's got to be up to the manager and recruitment team who you either trust or you don't. It's their jobs that are on the line.

Look, I get that everyone was looking at getting 3 or 4 signings in the region of £6 mil and its no happened and there is obvious frustration. But some are going way over the top imo.

We’ve not remotely improved the team.

Just replaced a winger and a centre half with, more than likely, players who won’t be as good as them. In Jota’s case anyway.

Heads should roll.

 

Technically the midfielder was higher rated than jota and we knew nothing of how good jota would be. Personally I think we'll be grand.

 

Absolutely shocking window if that’s is done after Bernardo. Cant begin to understand what the * we have been doing all summer.

I just don't agree with that at all.

There's lots being made about whether you've 'heard of' a player before and it makes zero sense. Why is it relevant? The internet exists, we can go and find out about a player and have an opinion on the signing. Why can't I speculate about how much of a punt a signing is just because I'm not risking my job?

We are never going to be able to improve every season, it’s impossible. We should’ve again this season though. But * sake we didn’t even try this window. Raked in tens of millions on players and CL money alone. Spent about £20m on about 10 players. A polish centre half for £4m was our biggest fee.

Pretty sure BR teased a marquee signing to the press a few weeks ago too. Will turn toxic quick, already has a bit but a beating on Sunday Offt be mayhem.
