    This has been on the cards for weeks, let's be honest.

    How could there be "change" post 10iar failure when all the persons involved in that farce are all still firmly in place?

    Even when Rodgers came back I didn't find his responses very convincing. When he spoke of how there was now a structure in place he was really vague and generalised.

    This season is going to rival the Covid farce.

    “ We need to strengthen from a position of strength” …. It’s one day till the window closes and we’re self admittedly weaker.


    “ We need to make progress in Europe” … See above ^


    “ I want to add power to this side” … Who? What position could you argue we’ve added power to thus far?


    “ This team needs quality and match winners added” … Proceeds to give us 2/3 million quid punts.


    The clubs only ambition is to be the best in Scotland and to keep profits high while doing the bare minimum in terms of recruitment.

    So incompetent that it could be mistaken for being deliberate.

    Other than the centre backs, who may or may not be better than Starfelt, we’ve signed two decent prospects in Yang and Holm, a wee injured Australian guy, and somecunt from the Korean second division.

    A staggering lack of ambition.

    I’m really disgusted with how this window is going.

    It would’ve been bad not to kick on, but to basically win the lottery with Jota sale and still drag their feet is a * insult.

    I cannot believe they haven’t prioritised a LB.

    Not a single marquee signing just to lift the team up a level and replace Jota’s flair.

    Tell them to stick their champions league tickets up their *. It’ll be £200 to watch the team get * pumped after zero effort has been made to be competitive.

    We had a stronger 11 last year and couldn’t topple a really poor Shakhtar team to third. Canny wait to pay 200 odd quid to see us get absolutely obliterated

    They put out the Juventus 4-3 game on Instagram yesterday, with the caption ‘Were you there Celts?’

    The top comment was a wee guy saying ‘I wasn’t there. In fact I wasn’t even born. Can we sign some professional footballers please?’

    That sums up my thoughts on it.

    We're on a constant spiral downwards for European football..

    Easy 3 points for any team and some good PR about the supporters being the best in the world.

    Pity the club doesn't have any * ambition in the playing side to match the support.

    Been saying this for years.

    Celtic Park has been turned from a fortress in to a tourist attraction. An easy win and a nice night out for opposing teams.

    Then somecunt like Toni Kroos or Kevin de Bruyne will come out post match after cuffing us 4-0 and talk about the atmosphere, not voluntarily obviously, after being almost forced to say it by the interviewer, and the Club live off it for another year.

    I was there and it’s probably the best game i’ve ever been at.
    It showed what can be achieved with a bit of ambition and investment.
    None of that squad had an issue playing in Scotland strangely enough.
