I have real concerns now that we won't be signing a LB or GK. Even if we do get one in, it would still be negligent.

Yeah I’m not sure what we are playing at. Apart from Palma no sniff really of any other player actually close to signing.

Without an astounding close to the window this could get toxic really quickly.

So let me get this straight...

Kvistgaarden deal off, Merlin announces he's staying at Nantes, and Podence is away to Betis. No GK incoming, as well as no DM.

By tomorrow Palma deal will be off, Bernando will go on loan somewhere else, and Hooijdink will go to Saudi Arabia.

This is an awesome window. Just waiting on Freddie Krueger to pop up behind me in a Sevco shirt and start clawing my balls off.

The fact we have a lot of fans now screaming for loans shows how much the stuffing and excitement has been knocked out of us.

Don’t get me wrong, I’d take a few loans now because we are desperate, but it’s no * good enough. Biscuit tin mentality yet again from us. We have been ridden like * again.

Agreed....We didnt even have CL qualifiers.

We should already by now have a settled team with the odd injury ofc as expected.

Instead we are sitting pretty close to the cliff edge here and if we go over the board will be the first * one grabbed as we go over.

It will get toxic as * at our club very quickly. A manager that not to many are happy about, players that are mediocre, positions that should have been filled 2 months ago, players now acting the * on social media (hun like).

Strap yaself in this gonna get bumpy.

Think it's safe to panic now. What a * * show.

We were building for Europe apparently.

I think this window is evidence there is no ambition to take the club forward. We've reached were the club want to be. Maximise income vs. outgoing with the most consistency and the lowest risk. Zero ambition.

If there was ever a summer to finally kick on as a club this was it.

    * this man. They think they're so clever but they'll kill the fanbase operating like this.

Maybe we’re going to pull it out the bag but highly unlikely.
So very very disappointing not to have any LB or GK links. Staggering to think we’ll go into a CL campaign with Bernabei and Taylor

If we're trailing the huns in a few months time and pumped out of Europe, the fans will go ballistic and rightly so. It will turn very toxic.

With such a divisive appointment you'd have thought that they would have done their best to keep supporters happy and strengthen the squad.

They haven't even done the bare minimum, it's absolutely criminal. Sick and tired of the clueless * running our club. No ambition whatsoever.

After some excitement last night it appears the dust has started to settle and we are still in the same position.

I've said before this board won't get another penny out of me unless serious investment is made in the next day or two.

It's the only way something will change but doubt many others will cut them off so next year will be more of the same

I don't even care about the first two pots. Even if we get all 5 players we need tomorrow and we're bang in form, we have no chance against any team in pots 1 or 2. It's pot 3 that will count. That's when we will know if we have any chance of doing anything in Europe.

That's assuming we get the signings we need and even then, we might * it up, like last year.

I've been fairly confident up till now that business would get done nearer the end of the window and that come Saturday 2md of September we would be happy as fk with our new squad. Can't say I'm so optimistic now. The biggest concern for me isn't the lack of new faces to the starting 11 (that does worry me tho, GK & Lb please) it's how far we have went backwards as a team. This is a team that won the treble with relative ease last season missing 2 key (Jota/starfelt) and 1 squad player (mooy) we have brought in 6 new players which to me replaces starfelt and mooy, that leaves us down only 1 key player from that treble winning squad. How the * we have let things get so * on the pitch is a fkn mystery. Not nearly as excited about this coming season as I was 3 4 weeks ago. Rodgers has a lot of work to do to turn things around quick.

If we purchased the requisite quality there are a number of both pot 1 and pot 2 teams we should be more than capable of competing with.
