At this stage, I’d be glad to see him coming in. However, we have a much more immediate priority for 3-4 other positions.

 

Yeah got to agree with most £4m would be my absolute limit with this guy.

£6m for a guy with 1 in 5 goals this season even at 21 isn't for me.

 

We are now at the stage its a sellers market. Unless the player is really kicking off then teams can ask what they want. Another reason why it makes no sense to leave it so late.

 

That's thing though mate what is boys headspace like now. You are 21 in your own country playing but a huge team (compared to brondby) with guaranteed UCL football has came in for you. Do you ask the club to negotiate or hope the bus comes around again

Out of all the names last week I didn’t think this one was going to materialise with all the other areas needling an addressed.

Would’ve been delighted with this had we got a LB, GK, CM too. There’s still time right enough to get guys in for these areas. If we get this guy and just Palma and a CB I’ll be disappointed, but if we add atleast a LB and CM along with them I’ll be delighted. Hard to see it though.

 

Has tuttomercato ever got anything right the fact our media knew nothing about the original two bids (not even mcgowan) and are recycling information from an Italian paper tells me they don't know anything.
