Thought there might have been a sliver of a chance that he might have had a part to play this season but not now, we have to get him out the door before the end of the window now and ideally replace him.

He wouldn't be missed if he left, which is a shame to say.

What did we spend on him? If we can get that back, I'd have no issue with him leaving.

Unfortunately knowing how we deal with unwanted/deadwood/surplus players, we will just bomb him out to the point he is worthless for anyone to come and offer something and we will continue to pay his wage til his deal ends.
