Maeda wasn't good today but he does offer something we're not blessed with throughout the team at the moment with his pace. I wouldn't have him on the right but Yang looked good on the left, so maybe start Palma if he's ready.

Can see Hart starting still even if we bring a GK in, but a new LB, CB and Palma all need to start.

If we get a midfielder in, start him alongside O'Riley.

If any 2 or more of Taylor, Maeda, Turnbull, Scales or Ralston start, we aren't winning.

I genuinely think we’ll win, feel we’re more suited to an open game.. issue for me is our defense isn’t great.

Honestly? I’d try a back three, think we’re more suited to it. I doubt he will though. Based on the current squad:

The only way I’d see maeda start is to give Taylor a dog out on the left as he is going to be seriously targeted. Maedas game does seem to suit against them on the counter n pressing them, that being said I’d still rather Palma and Yang start

 

They'll probably pump us to be honest. Would have been a hard game to win before our form nose dived it will be even harder now.

 

I'll be happy with a draw considering.

 

Oh well BR and the team have to perfect game to win back support.

Get the * finger out Celtic, sign some * players.

 

I think iwata needs to play...I haven't seen anything from him for me to think this but Turnbull and scales can't be anywhere near the team next week.

 

Really dreading this tbh. Their fitness levels are going to be superior IMO due to the number of games they’ve played versus us.

The atmosphere and their physicality could really rattle us. We don’t look like Champions at the moment, we look like a very poor, weak side.

We need a CB, LB, Winger and CM in for this and every one of them must be fit and available from the start if we want a result.

Will see how window unfolds next week before trying to name a team.

 

We're probably gonna have to go there and try and counter attack..

They'll come at us. If we try and play this passive, open, turgid style we've been playing....then they'll waltz through us..

We're probably gonna have to play more defensively..

I don't know if we'll have the personnel but if we had centre halves and we signed an attacking left back...I'd maybe have gone with Kyogo and Maeda as a front 2 to press them and give us more going forward..

This teams that * I'm struggling to even think of a lineup I'd like..

 

I have no confidence in Rodgers getting us a result at ipox
